We had to use the screws, the adhesive didn't hold and the thing fell off when I was in the shower- scared me to death! But the screws are holding tight. Makes changing the TP quick and easy. The little phone shelf is a plus, and we even use it for a tablet holder so we can watch videos while in the bath!

I like it however I feel like the hole at the end makes it so that the toilet paper roll keeps falling off maybe I will try putting a bigger role or a sticker at the end
