I thought it was about time I left a review I've used these for the last year I had two bald patches on my head so bald they squeaked I had taken to wearing headbands, hats and wigs to hide it .but the hair has grown back and I am now at a stage where I don't have to cover anymore as it is at about fringe length and I couldn't be happier it has improved my confidence and mood as well and my hair 1,000,000 % recommend

I’ve been taking Biotin for over a year. I’m 59, a bloke that likes to wear his hair long. I saw a picture of me from summer 16, in Jan 18 my hair has gone from just past my ears to my shoulders and it is very much thicker. My nails are healthy and grow fast, this is the only downside for me as I’m a lazy nail cutter. They work but you will likely not see results for about two months, give it the time it deserves.

been using these for a month so should start to feel different soon they came quickly like 2 days after i ordered them on prime and they are just the perfect size to be included in with my other tablets and no after taste so thats a bonus get them and try them you will never know until you give them a go

Arrived on time as specified . Started taking it and obviously it’s to soon to see any results .The good thing is the size of tablet which is easier to swallow !

So annoyed not to see any difference in my nails after a month of taking it. Bought this as it is cheaper comparing with the one I normally buy. Waste of money.

Been taking them for a couple of months and have made no difference what so ever, will continue to take them till they are finished just too see but I’m not holding my breath!
