I use this heated pad in my bathroom. It feels very nice and warm underfoot, but does not produce enough heat to heat the whole bathroom. One major drawback is that the timer only works to shut it down after 8 hours which is not long enough to last all night till morning. It would be so much better if this rug can be programmed to turn up before I wake up in the morning or for my evening shower.

I bought this because my bedroom floor gets down into the 40's (f) during the winter. This, along with a carpet runner to cover it has been a godsend. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is the maximum amount of time it stays on is 480 minutes (8 hours), Says it in the description.It would receive a 5 star if it could be set to come on at a specific time so it is READY when I get up in the morning. Even if it is put on an timed outlet, it still doesn't come on.I DO recommend this product.

Keeps the camper floor warm even when it's freezing outside. Much nicer to walk on than a cold floor.

Works better than expected. Provided great warmth and is comfortable to sit on. Economical and can replace a space heater. Please note that the borders of the mat are not heated.

This thing is good for back problems. Will find out if it fails due to 8 hours worth of body pressure. That kills most heating pads.

It was packaged in the flimsiest of cardboard boxes that was falling apart when we got it. Too much hassle to bother returning it, see damage in photo. This was not worth the cost of purchase, also considering that the heating elements only cover a limited amount of surface area.

Great heat level, easy to use, stays warm worth every penny

This mat is not heated on the our 6 inches of both long sides. So the heated width is only (109 cm or 43 inches) So about 25% of the width is not heated. This needs to be clarified. I notified the seller and they said to return it. They did not offer to alter the description. I called amazon and hopefully they will address this. I would not buy from this company as they are not being entirely honest.
