This mop/floor cleaner is awesome! I've had others in the past, including big well known names, and they've all fallen short on usage. This gem is great! It's simple and easy to use and it works a treat! Easy to put together, the mop heads actually stay in place once attached while you're mopping (something others have failed on (even on expensive steam cleaner types, I've had mop heads/covers slip off or wrinkle badly during use). The spray works perfectly, providing just the right level of "dampness" to swish away even dried muddy paw prints on our laminate flooring (there have been a LOT of muddy paw prints during the aweful wet weather we've been having!) Once a head is dirty, just peel it off (give it a scrape with the handy comb - more on that in a minute) and bung the pad in the washing machine. They wash up like new and are ready to go again. Getting 4 in the kit means I'll probably not need to buy any new ones for a very long time = bonus!Now for the little comb tool... anyone with dogs or cats will know just how annoying it is when your mop head gets clogged up with stray hairs (even if you hoover first, there are always some lurking - even with short haired dogs/cats). This handy tool (which you can keep clipped to the handle, neatly out of the way until you need it (and so you don't lose it) will help you get all that stuck hair off your pad - something that is really helpful before putting used pads in the washing machine! It's a simple concept - just a shaped bit of plastic really (and other mops might have similar devices/tools attached) but it's the first time I've had one and it makes me very happy! It's sooooo satisfying to get all that hair off!The multi-directional head is great too! Easy to tilt and turn while cleaning and then you can tilt the head on it's side while not in use to dry out in situ - taking up less floor space and sparing your toes if you (like me) often wander about in your home with bare feet.The overall mop, even when the bottle is full of cleaner is lightweight and easy to manage (great for my bad back!) You don't have to put a huge effort into it to get a decent result out of it - long gone are those achey arms and shoulders and sodden floors caused by hoofting a mop and bucket around!I can't believe I'm so impressed by such a cheap basic product - but it does EXACTLY what it is supposed to and that brings me some cleaning joy! I think you can guess - I definitely recommend this floor cleaner to anyone with kids or pets and hard or laminate flooring!

Easy to use, to set up, and to clean the micro fibre mop - it’s kept on with Velcro super easy to take on and off not fiddly at all. Spray bottles are easy to replace - you get 4 micro fibre clothes (2x grey 2x blue) and 2 refillable bottles (great for two different liquids) - I’ve used this on my floors and to clean my large windows and it’s been great for both!Very easy to use from different angles, great at getting up marks on the floor, there is some leakage when you hold the mop upside down but that’s fair. Great height to be bending down and easy to spray. Does great cleaning and my floor dries quickly. A great little mop for the price for sure.Delivered quickly too!

This does what I need (almost) perfectly and I am so glad that I bought it. We don’t wear shoes indoors so I mostly use it to ‘dust’ the high gloss tiles we have in our hallway and kitchen diner. It’s very lightweight, which combined with the angled head makes it super quick and easy to use. It picks up a lot of the dust, leaving just a small amount in a pile that require a dustpan and brush. And it’s very versatile, pop a clean microfibre cloth on and you can dust down walls and ceilings and otherwise hard to reach ledges. The small water tank and spray function enables a quick wipe down of the floor to remove very light marks (though any dust it picks up gets transferred back onto the floor once the head is wet, even if you dust the whole floor first.) It is so much easier than a mop, much more effective than a broom and much lighter weight and better at getting into nooks and crannies than a hoover. BUT it doesn’t eliminate the need for a dustpan and brush altogether and I think it’s much better as a floor ‘duster’ that traps most of the dust than it is a floor cleaner. Although it’s nice the spray is light so the floor isn’t soaking wet afterwards, I’m not sure I’d be happy with this if I was trying to clean up after muddy dogs and children or even tiny spots of food that have dried on the floor. So I suspect this is either brilliant, or very much not so, depending on what you want it for!

Easy to assemble. The spare cloths and bottle are appreciated. The mop works well wet or dry and the cloths can be washed on a cool setting and come up as good as new.

I have had a bad back for some time, my mop is to heavy to push about, so I decided to try a lighter one so I ordered this one and what a wonderful little mop. it’s lighter and if you only fill the water tank half way and squirt the cleaner on the floor first then go over it with the mop all you have to do is take the pad off and empty the water. with no cleaner in the bottle you don’t need to clean it out. to me it’s a win win

Absolutely love this. I looked at far more expensive versions but this seemed to do the same so I gave it a go and I am not disappointed. Easy to put together, comes with lots of extra cloths and a spare fluid bottle. Very easy to use and leaves the floor spotless. Would recommend

This mop is just a godsend. At first it seemed like a toy to me. But when I assembled it and started washing the floors. It was very practical and convenient and easy. Thanks to its lightness and practical design, the mop easily goes into hard-to-reach places and washes the floor well. The mop has an auxiliary nozzle for cleaning debris from the mop. The price is very pleasant and the quality exceeds expectations. The mop comes with 4 nozzles
