Good extractor
It extracts fluid! It evacuates fluid. It adds fluid! Works great can't complain.

Clean way to change oil.
Works well for drawing the oil out of my RATO 15 hp Honda clone. Saved me from cleaning up a mess trying to change the oil on the Chinese's mini excavator.

No problem extracting 80W-90W differential gear oil - extension tube too short
Used this to extract 3.5 pints 80W-90W front differential gear oil on 2012 F-150, no problems, worked great, just have to work the 1/4 in OD tube past the gears to get down to bottom of differential case. The metal gear edges scratched up the tubing, which is soft, but nothing flaked off and fell into the differential case. I like the size and capacity as it fits into and easy to operate in tight spaces. Easy enough to clean after use. I used a different hand powered continuous transfer pump to add the new gear oil, it has higher volume, bigger diameter tube and much faster than trying to use this extractor with skinny tube to add new oil, you would have to do fill and empty like 8-9 times. I do not like the length of the 1/4 in OD extension tube, it's too short for this particular task and the black rubber coupler doesn't grip the tubes strongly, risking separation of the extension tube from the black rubber coupler and falling into the differential case. You have to extract gear oil out of the fill plug on 2012 F-150, so if the tube falls in, you are screwed. To reach the bottom of the differential case, the rubber coupler holding the tube is just inside the fill plug opening because the tube is too short. I did one wrap of duct tape around the end of the tubes where they connect into the black rubber coupler, this provided tighter grip and I was careful when pulling out the tube each time to empty the extractor. To remove 3.5 pints gear oil took me 9 insert, extract, remove actions to drain the gear oil, at about 200cc/mil per pull. For next time, bought 10 foot section of clear, 1/4 in OD tubing to create longer extension to eliminate risk of losing the extension tube into the case.

Works Good for Cleaning out the Camper Hot Water Tank
I was getting my camper ready for the winter off grid. I had water, just no running water. Doing my winterization. Didn't have anything to flush the hotwater tank. I have never used this before, I got it to help with spring maintenance changing oil and such. I thought, if it will remove fluids then it might do the opposite. Tried it and it worked great. I may buy a second to use for oil and save this for next year.

Great little extractor.
I like this tool a lot. Bought it to suction the power steering fluid out on a recent flush and was very pleased with the way it works. I also liked that it came with extra seals. Nice touch. The unit is well made and it has kind of a locking feature where the large tube attaches to the extractor. Keeps the tube in place even when pushing down on the plunger to empty. When you want to remove the tube just push in on the little white ring and the tube will come right off. I find the half liter size to be completely adequate for my needs and a good compromise between capacity and "handiness." It dribbled a bit, but not a lot, and that kind of goes with the territory with this type of device. Stick your finger over the end of the tube when you remove it from whatever your extracting, and keep it there 'till you get to your catch container and you won't have a problem. Suction was great and I like the way the tool comes apart easily for cleaning. I plan to use it to suck gas out of my yard equipment for winter storage, and for any other fluid extraction needs I may run into. What else can I say? Thumbs up on this product.

Used to inject gear oil into the gear reduction box on a 2019 Ioniq EV. Worked well. No issues.

I bought this to replace the gear oil in my 2019 Highlander's transfer case (I used Lucas synthetic 75w-90 GL5... a 1 qt bottle will do the job). It worked fine and easily got in to the awkwardly-placed fill hole. The syringe comes with what looks like a silicone lube smeared around inside it... I guess so that the seals don't dry out. I cleaned it out with a clean rag before use to avoid contamination.
