Why did you pick this product vs others?:this chair has exceeded my expectations. it’s soft and goes great with my small space

The media could not be loaded. Obsessed with these perfect, cozy but also space saving chairs for the end of my bed. They arrived quickly and without any signs of being tossed around in shipping. The chair itself comes in one piece which makes me feel confident in the sturdiness of the back. Set up so was so simple. I screwed in the legs and off I went. Everything lined up so seamlessly that even my 18 month old could. The chairs are nice and deep enough to sit back comfortably. The ottomans are also just large enough to store a decent sized throw blanket or whatever else you might want to hide (remotes, etc). If I could give these 10 stars I would.

I would of gave it 5 stars but the ottoman is too low and makes my knees hurt. The chair is lovely and perfectly soft but the ottoman is too low and makes your knees bend. I will have to place pillows on top of the ottoman to bring it up to the level of the chair.

I ordered two chairs, but only recieved one. I had to return the chair and reorder from scratch.Once I had the chairs, I really like them. They're attractive, comfortable, and the fabric is heavy and nice to the touch.The only downside is that they are very short, which is problematic for my very tall family. My sons both remove the back cushion so they can fit fully in the chair, but like the comfort of the chairs without the cushion. These would comfortably fit a petite person (under 5'5") with the cushion.

Love this chair! So cozy and fits nicely in the corner of my room. The only thing is the lid of the ottoman shifts but it’s not a big deal to me. I’ve been using it everyday since I got it. Only need to add the legs for easy assembly

No back support which makes it uncomfortable for long sittings. Ended up having to return it.

This chair is a wonderful accent piece. Order arrived sooner than promised. The box is slightly awkward- a large square shaped one. It weighs 54lbs. So you may need some help if you have stairs.The chair and little ottoman arrived wrapped in a large plastic bag. The legs were separately packed ready to be screwed on. Very easy to unbox and set up. There was a very mild smell that quickly wore off- most likely from just sitting in a hot truck.Very easy to put together other than the fact that 1 of the legs was not lined up with the screw holes. There are 4 screws to each leg. One of our legs is only screwed in with 3. :) Fingers crossed. :)The chair looks lovely in our living room. And is easy to move around.We had ordered the gray chair but received a white one. Fortunately we were easily able to adapt it to the rest of our room. The manufacturer was very responsive when I reached out - sent me a long list of items to send: picture of box, order number etc. I am sure they would have tried to make it right. Frankly I didn’t see how we would be able to return and exchange the item without it being a huge hassle.We are happy with our purchase- simple, elegant. Can’t speak to the durability as yet since we have only had it for about a week. :)

Perfect size chair for my small space. It’s very plush and comfortable. The material is soft and the pillow is cushiony. I was very impressed with how well they packaged and wrapped all the pieces as well. It arrived with no damage whatsoever. The quality of the wood legs are nice. And it seems pretty sturdy so far. I love that the Ottoman has storage. If you’re on the fence, definitely buy it.
