What I appreciate most about this shaker is its quiet operation; it is almost silent. The tray could be larger, but for the price, I have no problem purchasing additional units. I run the shaker for 24-hour periods in a hot box without issues. It has a digital speed indicator that is very helpful.

This is a fairly run of the mill linear shaker for use in a laboratory environment. The device worked as described for the small amount of time I've had it in use, but given how these shakers are used in a lab, I haven't had time to put it through any real trials. I found the build quality to be adequate, it's not flimsy and cheap feeling, but it also doesn't scream quality. It is on par with it's price point. The device is not really compact or small, it takes up quite a bit of bench space, but that may be required given the weight capacity. In either case, if I needed another lab shaker I would consider buying this in the future.

This shaker stopped working before the returning window closed. I am so disappointed it just stopped working out of the blue.

I use these in my lab, I've 3 of them working almost 24/7 at Room temperature, cold room or 37 degrees ambient, never had an issue with them. And the price is amazing.

This is a pretty simple piece of gear and either does the job or doesn't. Mine has been running almost continuously for two weeks, agitating liquid medium. It operates smoothly and noiselessly. The timer gap, where you can set time only up to 20 hours is a little strange. I'm often run a process for full days, so it would be useful to be able to set 24 hours or increments of days, but you can just use an external timer switch to accomplish that. At the price, you only other option would usually be used gear, so it is a good bargain. The true test, as always, is longevity.
