We’ve had this TV console/fireplace since just before Xmas 2024 and we've been LOVING it! It looks so sleek & modern and the price was reasonable. It came in two shipments, one box for the fireplace and another for the console. I ordered extra plastic crystals on amazon for the fireplace bc they dont give u much. For the box with the console parts, I mistakenly thought several boards were scratched. I reached out to customer service and they promptly replied. They were great! After I pulled out all the pieces and checked them against the parts list, I figured out myself that the scratched boards were simply pieces that were placed on the outer edges of the box to add extra packing protection. They were not usable parts; they were not part of the console. It would've been nice if the company would've include a paper that explained that. Would've save me some frustration.Anywho, assembly day...it took my husband and I approx 4 hours total. TIPS:1. Use a drill to save your wrists.2. Lay out all your parts, keeping ones with the same # together, and check off the ones you've used on the instruction manual to keep track of what's left.3. Most importantly, be patient and take your time!There was definitely some challenges figuring out certain things in the manual. As some other reviews mentioned, AFTER step 17 do step 25 (install the LED strip lights). We didn't and we regretted it! Trust me, it will save u time and aggravation. Otherwise it's difficult and awkward to screw in the tiny screws under the top shelf after you've already attached it to the cylinders. Also I had to add my own double sided tape to one of the strips after a few days bc it kept falling down. it’s been good ever since so not a big deal.Speaking of step 17, not sure what we were thinking, but we initially thought they were legs that would go on the floor so we added some felt sticky pads. Wrong answer SMH lol. As soon as we realized our mistake, we had to peel off all of those felt sticky pads, which took some extra time. Do yourself a favor and have a real picture of the console in front of you to reference frequently while you are assembling.The end result was so worth it! We are so happy with this! I love that you can change the LED lights in the fireplace separately from the color of the LED strip lights on the top shelf. The heat function works very well, but it kept tripping our breaker bc our house is a little older and we only had a 15 amp outlet. So we had an electrician add a separate 20 amp outlet and that resolved our issue, no more tripping breaker. It's been a roller coaster but one definitely worth riding lol. Overall I highly recommend this console fireplace.

The media could not be loaded. So we just purchased our first home we have been looking for a fireplace and when we saw this one, we instantly fell in love. It is such a nice fireplace. Definitely worth the money great product easy to put together took us about maybe an hour and a half. all the pieces came in perfect condition. Everything is working such an amazing fireplace in love thank you so much. Everyone should buy.😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am obsessed. Even when it’s not on, it’s a show-stopper. For reference, this is a 42” TV.Things I love:• IT’S SO PRETTY• Lots of different LED strip and fire color options to mix and match• Remote is easy to use• Warm and cozy• Assembly was VERY easy overall - I built it myself in a couple of hours and I was just leisurely having fun with it.Things to be aware of:• The LED light strips do not stay on their own. I got command strips and will be attaching them - no biggie.• The doors were very difficult to put on correctly. One of mine is still on crooked and it’s not allowing the door to shut all the way.. I might honestly get mini magnets to fix this because my patience ran out with the doors.• Peeling the plastic off the doors was a surprisingly noisy process? Like, could-wake-the-dead noisy. That was a doozy while I was assembling this in the middle of the night, so if you’re doing the same, just be cautious if you live in a shared space.

Good product but the instructions can be a little confusing. As suggested on other posts, read them first. Also, the post suggesting putting the lights on beforefinal assembly is a good idea. Not much to the heater, seems small, but the fireplace is nice. With a better heater and lower price I would give 5 stars.

I love how solid and sturdy it is it's top quality. When you get it make sure you have another person to help you take it in the house because it's quite heavy. I put it in my bedroom because I don't get much heat in my room so I figured this would be better than my radiator heater and it sure is. It heats up my 12 x 15 bedroom pretty quick and it looks a lot better. I am quite pleased with it. The instructions say to have 2 people to put it together and I highly recommend it. I put mine together myself and had some issues lining up screw posts and securing the platform because it is quite long. But all in all I found the instructions quite clear. The end result is definitely worth it! I highly recommend it. I decided to come back to my review and add to it just to let people know that before you install the top I highly recommend you add the led lights at this point. Simply because you have to screw on 2 plastic clamps ( per side ) and it would be very difficult to screw them on if you wait until you have the top on ( per instructions) simply due to lack of space.

This dressing table is nice, solid and of good size, with lots of drawers and a string of beautiful lights that are very bright. I like it 💕 👍👍

I love this fireplace tv stand. It turned out exactly as it appeared in the photo, the quality is top notch, clean finishing, it was delivered even before the estimated date, it came in two different cartons and arrived differently. Wasn’t so easy to assemble, took us a couple hours to assemble, had a manual guide which was of great help as all the pieces were numbered. I love how it keeps my sitting room warm, and cosy. I highly recommend
