Heavy Duty Yet Light Hiker
Looove these boots. They're a very sturdy hiking boot, yet they're very light. Look great, feels great. I may start ordering a little larger size when it comes to sportiva. I usually order a 43.5 but think my baseline will have to go to 44. Not sure if my foot is changing over the years or the boots are getting slight more snug. I have g5 ice climbers I bought on ebay that are 43.5 (us 10.5 which is typically on the large size for me) and wish I had gotten 44 or even 44.5. These hikers I still got a 43.5 and the aren't too small but still feel like I probably should have gone with a 44, hate buying shoes / clothes online being you can't try anything on.In any case I LOVE these hiking boots. STURDY - WATERPROOF - COMFY - LIGHT

Expensive but also very good
I initially regretted paying so much money for these boots.. But after using it in the snow during a trip to Japan/Hokkaido I changed my mind. These boots are very well made. Even in extreme cold of Hokkaido winter, my feet were warm and dry. It is very rigit but comfortable at the same time.

Incredible fit
I have been searching for some new do it all boots since my old ones finally gave up the ghost. They were a strange brand but when I put them on the first time my feet were ecstatic. They felt like wearing slippers and have been faithful for nearly 20 years. I own Merrils, Timberlands and even La Sportiva Korakorums but thought I would never find a boot like I did 20 years ago...until now. Hello heaven. I can tell there will be no break in needed. I'm looking forward to getting them dirty because the fit is simply amazing and highly adjustable. Great lacing system. Great traction. The soles seem very sticky. I'm stoked.

Superb hiking boots
I’ve gone through 3 pairs. I wouldn’t use these for mountaineering, but for any non-winter, nontechnical hiking they are hard to beat, assuming they fit your feet well. They aren’t stiff or waterproof enough for mountaineering (I’ve been climbing for 30 years).

Runs small
Not a sturdy boot. Narrow and short.

Love them
They are comfortable and steady. I really don't regret buying them. I used them for ice climbing and hiking in the snow. They did the job.

Great for hiking!
Looks good with its bright yellow, keeps out water, gives great ankle support, and are comfortable. Easy to clean, too.
