Naomi Home Modern Sectional Sofa with Storage Chaise Gray/Air Leather

My son and daughter-in-law love this piece. It gives them a spot for a guest to sleep and when the dogs get on it it's easy to clean. My son is large and sometimes, when his back hurts, they will sleep on this couch for a night or two and his back problems are resolved. I also have one of these couches and they enjoyed sleeping there during their visits.

Love this sofa. Assembly was easy. Wipes clean, wears well. Storage area is plenty large enough to hold guest linen.

Solid small couch, but not really for grown adults. Look at the measurements, its not that deep of a couch. Small space for sitting.

If you're looking for a high end sofa, this product is NOT for you.This sofa is HONEST. The manufacturer doesn't claim it to be a super premium product and, in fact it's not.It's a very decent inexpensive sofa. Quality is actually surprisingly good for the price.Foam is firm, the "air leather" is nothing more than a synthetic leather. Time will tell me if the foam is good quality.Packaging is heavy, but if you open the package, you will find two huge but not absurdly heavy parts and other smaller parts that are easy to carryAssembly is EXCELLENT. Super easy, screw in 12 legs (no tools needed, done in 1 minute) then connect the two bottom parts and then connect the two backs and put the pillows. Believe it or not, it was assembled in SIX MINUTES! What could be easier?I had an issue with the delivery and seller proactively contacted me and made things right.I'm happy with my order, I would buy it again and I would definitely recommend it.Update: Seller was very nice and proactive to solve the issue after I left a 1 star review for the company because the sofa was delivered at my neighbor's house, ignoring my delivery instructions.Anyway, the company offered me a compensation for the hassle I had, but didn't honor that. They offered me a $60 refund on my order, which seems fair because that's the same amount I paid my neighbor's to bring my sofa upstairs.For this reason, I'm updating my review to 1 star. When you promess something to a PAYING customer, you honor it.I am also a Vine reviewer, but this sofa was NOT ordered through Vine, it costed me money out of my pocket, full price, just like any regular purchase, I have delivery instructions very clear because of a medical condition. It's "a little bit impossible" for somebody on a wheelchair to bring a sofa upstairs, my address is upstairs, not in front of my neighbor's house downstairs. The seller delivered it to the wrong place and I had to pay third party people to complete the service they should've done right first time. Ok, mistakes can happen, so the seller contacted me (I didn't reach the seller, they reached me) and promised something, but they didn't honor.Be careful when buying from this company. Although the product seems to be, honestly, excellent for the price, the seller attitude was not.Update July 17th 2024FIVE MONTHS after purchasing this sofa, the "air leather" (which is just a silly name they gave to the cheapest and thinner synthetic leather) is DISSOLVING and flaking everywhere. The foam is also so deformed that the internal structure can be seen at distance. Sitting on it is now extremely uncomfortable because it feels like sitting straight on lumber.Purchasing this sofa was a complete nightmare. Please ignore the beginning of this review, which I'm going to leave there so people can have a time-line of the issues happening. FIVE MONTHS! ONLY FIVE MONTHS this sofa survived in a home with two adults. I cannot say we spent more than 24 hours total sitting on this sofa during those five months. It was used as a sleeper for literally ONE NIGHT.BEWARE! Stay away from this product. It is a complete waste of money.

Great little sofa. Comfortable and just right for overnight guests. Perfect for small apartments

Left arm rest- the three metal connectors were installed upside down so my husband had to unscrew and reverse them all then it fit perfectly. Added about 30 min of unnecessary and annoying work though.There is also a blemish on the front bottom. (The part that slides out.) It would be too much of a hassle to return so I guess we just live with it.It’s firm but we like that because we go pillow crazy.Not bad but I’m sad about the imperfection and extra work. It’s small but that’s fine too because we have a chair and love seat in the room. We like it because of the pullout part and storage.

First of all, the seller is outstanding with communication. FedEx lost 1 of the 2 packages and the seller immediately went above and beyond to help me out! The couch comes in two heavy boxes so make sure you have a helper and use safe lifting/have a dolly. The couch was easy to assemble because it’s mostly all assembled. No work needed to put together the roll out sleeper sofa which was awesome!I’m 5’9” with long legs. This couch is a great height off the ground and is a good length. Super comfortable as a couch but extra cozy when fully extended. Super easy to pull out the sleeper sofa.This couch is firm which I loved! But if you are looking for a soft cloud couch this isn’t it. I think it really supports my back so I love having a firm couch. I was able to find a couch cover for my dog and that fit it super well.All in all if you are looking for an affordable, easy to assemble firm sleeper sofa this is a great deal! And if any issues arise the seller will for sure go above and beyond to help.

Not that comfortable. Little on the small size to sit comfortably.
