Not much you can say about this really, it was purchased as our normal supplier let us down at the time and we needed one quickly. Amazon Prime delivered next day and got us out of trouble. The product was good, lasted as expected, but purchased again from my normal supplier as we get a bigger discount.

Ink spilled all over my printer and made a complete mess after inserting it and it said chip error which make me think this was not genuine. I shall be returning or for a refund.

The toner looked exactly the same as the old one that was took out the only difference is the last number in the product number (106R03524 vs 106R03528). It fits in the printer however the printer give the message incompatible black toner. I had order it as a spare since I always have an extra toner on hand and by the time I got to using it it was like 4 months later so it was a little late to return so know I'm out a toner and the money I paid for it. I would not recommend purchasing this toner if you are not 100% certain that your printer is compatible with the Xerox 106R03528 black toner.
