Not a bad taste
As a sufferer of UTI type symptoms, I have tried a few natural remedies with varying degrees of success. As my symptoms come and go, it's always difficult to know for sure how effective anything I take is. However, I was suffering from symptoms when I started taking this D-Mannose, and within a few days my symptoms had subsided. The D-Mannose comes in a tub of powder and a measuring spoon for the correct dose. It needs dissolving in a glass of water. I found that it needed a good stir or whisk to get all the powder dissolved. The taste was okay, not unpleasant like some soluble powders. Worth a try if you're a sufferer.

Gets rid of most urinary tract infections!
Nice taste, works amazingly quickly. Most of my adult life I suffered from UTIs and was occasionaly very ill (hospitalised once). I was having to take antibiotics over and over again, swallowing packets and packets of citrate 😝. Such a relief to just take this powder in a glass of water. I have told many friends who have also been very grateful to let go of having UTIs ruin their lives.

Bitter and sharp taste
The lemon taste is strong. Like sherbert lemons but sharp. I prefer the original to take often as tastes better and not sure if the lemon is so good for your teeth to be having that regularly.

A tasty lemon D-Mannose supplement.
This D-Mannose supplement comes in a pot of 50g of powder with a recommendation of taking 3g of powder twice a day. If you follow the recommendation it will leave you with a few days' supply. I've never taken D-Mannose before and wanted to try it. It's early days to confirm any results but it's certainly a nice tasty drink. I measured 3g of powder with the birch wood measuring spoon provided and threw it into 100 ml of water. The powder dissolved instantly and the lemon taste of this drink is very tasty and palatable. This is something I would consider purchasing in the future but I think it's currently listed as a little pricey.

Overpriced and over rated
Not good value and so little for the price and not sure if it did anything at all

Helps to prevent UTIs
I have suffered from a lot of UTIs over the years and have had so many antibiotics that some don’t even work for me anymore! My urologist actually told me to try D-Mannose and I have to say I have found since I introduced this supplement to my daily routine, I have definitely had fewer infections. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on this to cure an infection if I had one, but it doesn’t hurt to take it alongside any antibiotics and it certainly doesn’t hurt to take it as a preventative measure. D-mannose is good at helping to prevent certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract and causing infection, so if you’re a sufferer of UTIs like me, then this is certainly worth trying. I understand it doesn’t work for everyone, but those it does work for it works really well. I like that this comes in powder form as I struggle to take some of the capsules as they’re so big! This powder has a nice lemon flavour and mixed with 100ml of water it is nice and easy to drink and tastes good. My main issue with this particular pot of powder is that it doesn’t tell you anywhere the strength of D-Mannose in the powder. I have some capsules at home and I know they are 1000mg I have also had a powder before that was 2000mg. The fact I don’t know what strength this one is, makes me wonder if it’s actually doing anything. Also, you don’t actually get a huge amount in this tub - just 50g. If you take the preventative dose of 3g twice a day then the tub will only last you 8 days. If you go for the maximum dose of 3g six times a day (18g), then the tub won’t even cover 3 days! Currently priced at £21.99, that makes this an extremely expensive supplement to take!! Note - the dosage instructions are different on the Amazon description to what they are on the box! So, whilst I do recommend D-Mannose as a supplement, I don’t think I’d recommend this particular one due to not knowing its strength and the fact it won’t last very long at all.

Tangie!
So as i love to drink cranberry juice for its many benefits! I thought i would give this ago.. So 2 way to take this! 1.. straight off the spoon 2.. dissolved in water Off the spoon wow wee..tangie, bitter, sour 😜 just like as they say the sherbut dips I prefer this in warm water.. Love the taste of the lemons And them in itself is good for you...i found the drink very pleasent Price tho! Ummmm expensive.. I would prefer to see this at aroud the £12 Mark up.. £21.99 a little steep.. Especially for such a small quantity.. However i would recommend it for its health benefits..
