Its high density as decsribed and can hold a shape. Thickness is in fact 1/2 of an inch, only took a few seconds out of the vacuum sealed bag for it to puff back to true size. There are a few places with *very minimal* wrinkling from packaging, but this will not effect the finished product for my purposes, so this is fine for me. I bought this for fursuit making and it will serve perfectly for the bucket head base. It came clean, has a mild chemical-y scent to it straight out of the bag but that's nothing weird for foam.

Well, comes in small pkg, but puffs out perfect. Used on recliner, daughter sleeps on chair when visiting. The value was great. And it made daughters sleep so much nicer. Cuts easily for chairs, sofas etc. one question though, why send along a little black pouch, like 3 by 6 inches with it. Ain't no way this LG piece of foam will ever fit in there. Oh well, we did have good laugh over pouch.

This was delivered in vacuum sealed packaging. It was quite wrinkled. Make sure you open it at least a day before you need it and let it stretch back to its true size. The piece we bought was cut a bit irregular but it works fine as a topper for other cushion material we are using to make new cushions for our vintage travel trailer.

This is now my 3rd time ordering this stuff in black, and never had an issue yet with it! Is vacuum sealed but pops right back to normal shape within minutes! Works for all my smaller crafting needs. Will for sure get more soon!

Product is so soft it's useless unless you double it up atleast once so the "high density" is not even close. This is also more of a sponge material, think.. air filter or water filter sponge in aquarium.

Product as described, but had clearly been opened previously and taped close. Quality of product seems fine, other than slight discoloration in some spots, but that won't affect the project I'm using it for.

Perfect size for the queen size headboard I was recovering. No trimming needed. Made for fast work.

I looked and looked and compared and spent a lot of time looking to make the measurements work based on 24 inches wide for less waste and now I'll need to change plans as this is a whole inch short. So not as described by seller.
