I bought these as it is supposed to lower your body temperature meaning a better nights sleep. I find I do sleep better taking these an hour before bed, as I am less restless and sleep deeper. The tablets can be difficult to swallow, but holding them in your mouth makes them dissolve - they are slightly sweet, so it's not too bad to do so

It takes at least 3 to 6 weeks to see the effects of a supplement. However it appears that this product has many benefits to health and well- being. Good price compared to similar products.

Combined with zinc and magnesium I've been having the best sleep that I've had for a long time!

Great product

Not sure these are doing anything. Don’t feel any different. They are large and dry so hard to swallow, so decided to try chewing them and they just taste sweet, so I’m a bit sceptical

After discovering that Glycine is one of the essential Amino acids I decided to experiment and within the first two days I noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep.I am an omnivore and I frequently eat fish (sardines), tuna, eggs and cruciferous vegetables and fruit as part of my diet.My Glycine levels must of been low because I feel there was an improvement in my well being since consuming the supplements.I will continue to take these daily as the more I discover about Glycine the more confident I am that these are beneficial to me.

I bought this product because I recognise and trust this brand. However it has several problems: Misleading advertising: a tablet has 500mg not 1500mg. Quality behind competitors: There are brands selling 1000mg per capsule instead of 500mg. Hoorbach's has fillers. Lastly, the tablets are big and hard to swallow
