Did not like the steps needed to achieve straight hair.Step 1: wash and dry hair , Step 2: straighten with Iron Step 3: add product Step 4: wash and dry hair again. I will be discarding this product.

My hair is naturally straight with a little bit of wave. When it gets humid outside, my hair can get frizzy with flyaways that drive me insane. Since I am a professional, I need to look not like that I stuck my finger in an electric socket. It took me a bit to use this product because you cannot wash your hair for 72 hours and you also cannot put your hair behind your ears. That is the only reason I gave it four stars because it is extremely difficult not to put my hair up in a messy bun when I’m working at my desk in my office. My hair is cut so that it falls towards my face so waiting for 72 hours was difficult not pull my hair off of my face. Other than that, this product works. The directions are extremely easy to follow. You shampoo and conditioner your hair and then straighten it with a hot iron. You then take a comb and section off your hair into four separate sections. Starting at the nape of your neck, you comb the product through your hair. Once you’ve waited the amount of time, which I honestly forget because I used it and threw the directions away. This is by memory and I believe it was 30 minutes, but please read the directions fully before you use it. Once the allotted time is up, you wash it out of your hair. You do not shampoo it again for 72 hours. You then style and wear it flat for the 72 hours. I honestly can say that it has helped my hair immensely and I recommend this product fully. As I stated in the beginning, I would’ve given it five stars if not for the fact of getting my hair wet nor being able to put it up for 72 hours was extremely difficult.

Compared to a traditional at-home Keratin hair treatment, this hair straightener cream with applicator comb brush is easier to manipulate. It all starts with shampooing your hair and blowing it dry, however hair straightening is recommended prior to the product application. For the rest of procedure, it’s brushing hair with the cream and a solid 40-min wait time. There’s a subtle chemical odor that somehow reminds me of the similar compound in Keratin treatment, not overpowering though. The result is worth waiting for, this straightener cream does not only straighten my hair but also nourishes and hydrates it, giving my hair a healthy, lustrous look. Now I’m in a process of observing how long the straightening effects can last.

The creme works well but there should be a tube carved right inside of the applicator with holes if this brand likes that way the comb part itself doesn't fall off.I haven't faced damage to my hair from this product personally.Now it is ok to use a flat iron or a hot comb after washing and at least partially letting the hair dry *before* using this creme as many Keratin smoothing creme's allow.When washing the product out after 25-30 min, not exceeding that time of course; don't shampoo as it will strip both the product and the hair. Instead use conditioner and/or hair reconstructor creme, I use Bed Head Dumb Blonde for a reconstructor for stronger ends.*Note* If you don't use the keratin conditioner provided after washing and drying the hair or a similar keratin conditioner, the hair will still be sleek and stretched out but will revert like mine did ^^This can be handled with a light blow dry with a hint of sleek hair oil/heat protecter and/or a flat iron/hot comb. Lastly, they do say to not shampoo for 72hrs after. So please wait the 3 days, that way you don't break the hair. This is to let the Keratin bond with your strands. Hope this helps ^^

This cream is like magic. Wash your hair blow dry and straighten it, then apply cream. Leave the cream on for about 45 minutes rinse off and Wala. Your hair is super straight.
