I love the size and sturdiness of these bowls! We use these all of the time, rather than the smaller bowls that came with the plate set. They're microwave and dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't recommend reheating anything with a tomato sauce. Even the box says the bowls may stain. Likes these so much, I bought the plates to match!

I bought some other wheat straw bowls several months ago and they were awful. One already had a crack right out of the box first use another one stained. Terrible so they went back.These by contrast are pretty amazing. Even with the light color and going through the microwave they did not stain. There's quite a bit of flex in the material so I don't expect them to crack or otherwise deform over time. I don't know about the heat resistance. I would not expect you to put them in the dishwasher on a heat dry cycle. Speaking of heat cooking a bowl of ramen was fantastic. These came out with boiling hot ramen inside but still cool enough to pick up out of the microwave. They are just the right size for a big bowl of cereal or normal serving of ramen.

These bowls are big enough to hold a full can of soup, and not have any spill when moving to the table. They are sturdy, and easy to clean too. When putting hot liquids, or dinner foods, there is minimal heat transfer, so it is comfortable to hold, best with a pot holder, though. (I have tough skin) Great buy for the price!

Nice set of bowls

I was searching for soup/cereal bols when I came across these. Perfect size, nice design and eco-friendly.

Feels like cheap plastic--i wouldn't use these if i have dinner company... also, can be nicked and scratched by sharp utensils.But my main problem with these is it's REALLY hard to wash off anything oily/greasy. I got these to use as salad bowls, but OMG, don't use with vinaigrette!! Can't use with chili or stew or ramen or even chicken noodle soup!! These turned out to be good- sized cereal bowls.
