Q: Are these rails sturdy and won't sway when you put clothes on them?

Very solid - bought six months ago, my 5ft long rail currently holds four gents suits, a heavy gents overcoat, full length ladies winter coat, several pairs of trousers, sweaters and cardigans and a few shirts and does not move or rock, this was bought as a temporary measure for a house move along with two cheaper rails for lighter clothes (which DO sway a great deal!) - we will be throwing the cheaper rails away but definitely keeping this heavy duty rail, good value for money

You have to be careful when moving the rail, when it is fully loaded, due to the movement of the clothes on the rail. All in all I am very pleased with the rail.

Not sure about the other product. However, we bought 2 of the super heavy duty clothes rails and they really are robust - not like the usual portable ones that bend in the middle. We used them to transport clothes in a transit van.

Q: Does it come with rubber tips/feet aswell as wheels?

Hi there! Mine didn't come with rubber feet just wheels. The product however is really worth the money, very sturdy and easy to put together.
