For the price, I am happy. Couple of glitchy- ish things. But overall, love it and have recommended it to others. It was a very easy install. Took maybe ten minutes. It upgraded the interior of my car and I’d buy again.

Returning this item. Beware if you have a Jaguar 2018 XF sport. There was no directions for install for my car. It would fit my car, but they only give instructions for one type of setup. Emailed them for instructions for my trim package.Upgraded to 2 stars. The people were friendly to deal with, but couldn’t get the information i was looking for. I’m sure the install is easy if you have the same trim package as shown in the pictures.

I purchased this for a 2018 F-Pace. It is day and night improvement over the factory module. The factory module was slow especially when it came to turning off the system. This one is instant. The display is very sharp and vibrant. Very similar to the new climate controls on the newer Jaguar and Land Rovers. Another buyer made comment that there are features that are beyond what the car came with (example: cooled seats). You are able to fully configure the features your car came with under the menu option. You have to hold the icon that states version number for about 5 seconds for the customization menu to display. Overall, this is well worth the money and exceeded my expectations.

Unit looks very nice and installation was easy after car's trim removed.Two problems with unit;• Unit often does not start blowing air out of vents so I have to use the OEM control unit to turn power on and blowing starts.• Hazard light button on touch screen is not protected and adjusting controls easily activates Hazard Lights with the slightest, unintentional brush of a hand.Otherwise, this unit adds a nice aesthetic to the cabin and ubdoubtedly would increase car's resale value.

It's functions are not perfectly set for my car. It does everything the analog did, but it seems to believe there are more functions my car has than it actually does, like heating AND cooling on my seats, front vents AND back vents. Your Jaguar will ONLY do what it could do with the OEM analogue interface. I suppose that could be frustrating for some.... but I'll tell you what.... IT'S BEAUTIFUL in my vehicle! 5 Stars!

I was back and forth on swapping out the OEM unit but I’m glad I decided to go for it! The unit fits perfectly and updates the interior and provides much better controls. With a few trim tools the molding came off and then with a hard pull the old unit was out. Hardest part was getting the clips off the old unit that are needed for the new unit to be pressed into place. Definitely worth the money.
