I absolutely love him he has very nice painting for a factory made doll so 3-6 months is very snug but he can wear 6 months 6-9 months 9-12 months and some 18 months the last photo the mickey sleeper is the 3-6 months size and his shoe size is size 3 infant but if the shoe doesn’t have elastic ties i would go up a size
