I can easily watch TV or listen to podcasts without being disturbed.* Easy to Use: The remote control is simple and intuitive. Adjusting the speed is a breeze.* Decent Power (4HP Peak): While I primarily use it for walking, the motor feels strong and consistent.* Pre-lubricated Belt: setting it up was easy.* Good build quality: feels pretty sturdy.Cons:* Limited Speed Range: While adequate for walking, it's not designed for running. If you're looking for a treadmill for serious cardio, this isn't it.* The LED display: It's functional, but a bit basic. A clearer and larger display would be a nice improvement.* Remote Control: The remote is small and easy to lose.* No incline: it is a flat walking pad.

This treadmill is one word Amazing, Fits in any space of max 8 inches (Bed / sofa / etc ) Build quality is very good. Running on this is also nice and can be used. The controls are snappy and apt and, nothing too much or less just enough. The remote works flawless and we can change the speeds while running or walking. The product is good to be used for indoor session daily to complete step goals and also running intervals. Overall value for money, space saver design.

The Sparnod 3060 is a good starter threadmill for your home.I have been using it for a few weeks now and it has proved to be quite useful to walk/run especially when it has been raining outside.The product is light and easy enought to move and store away. I have done a few walks regularly over an hour and even a few over 2.1. Easy to store and set up2. Stable enough although when running it does start jerking a bit. Does not seem to disturb it too much from its position but does give a bit of apprehension as it shakes.3. The belt is showing threadmill streaks. Although this should not cause any issues and you should be able to use it without much worry.4. There are preset programs but I tend to modify speed as I want5. It has bluetooth speakers for playingusic from your phone. I rarely use this as I like to keep the external noise low but it does have a tendency to occasionally immediately seek and connect to the mobile even when you do not want to.A major flaw is the lack of option to pause ⏸️ the threadmill in midst of a session. Sometimes you need to stop for something like someone at the door or to grab a bottle of water before continuing. It does not allow bringing the speed to zero and not does it have a pause option.The second issue I have and this may be minor - the counter resets to zero on stopping. Ideally it would be better to reset to zero when starting a new race. I want to verify the distance and time once the session is done. I have been trying to calibrate my watch and strava with the distance after a longer run, but you tend to forget and then the distance is lost.The third thing I noticed is on intense sessions when you get tired, the width seems small and your feet may start touching the sides. The device is a compact one which is why the length is also compact. Lenngth is manageable by short strides which are better too.Not necessarily deal breakers but the minor things could have been incorporated considering the price.Otherwise the device has proven quite useful for my daily fitness.
