Easy to put together. Have had for a while now and have not run into any mechanical issues. Adjustable for height. Lumbar support pillow available. I personally like to set it a bit taller than I am so I have room to dangle my arms (for that extra stretch) but be careful and make sure you can reach the handle bars before you do so!

Pretty well made, a loose screw fitting or 2 but works well. No need for expensive products they all do the same thing.

This worked well for getting rid of my hiccups. I was told to hang upside down and drink.A glass of water works well every time

I really like my back swing. easy to use. Locks into position with feet in tight but not bound in with pain like my last back swing did. I like that you can't lock in different back tilt angles. Works wonders. 5 minutes going back and up . Son is a chiropractor and recommended this and showed proper use. Have fun and loose that back pain

I just finished putting this together this morning. It was hard work and took every bit of my thinking power but it wasn’t really too difficult at all. I will confess I’m one of those strange people that enjoys putting things like this together though. Once it was done I wiggled it and moved it around. I tried it out and it worked great. It felt so good. I have used a few inversion tables before and this one ranks right up there!
