I purchased two Jafanda JF888 air purifiers recently. The first thing I noticed when received was that they were well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The inner wrapping is strong enough to allow for lifting the unit straight up out of the box. These units have dual motors and twice the filter area of most other air purifiers, so they are silent in auto mode and should do a better/faster job of cleaning the air than other brand-named models that I have owned. I was also looking for a unit that has a high clean air delivery rate (CADR). This one has it, especially for formaldehyde reduction. (which is likely found throughout the entire home) The Wi-Fi hook-up was simple and with that you have more control functions through your smart phone. Most other brands use an infrared sensor to detect particles in the air, but this unit uses a high-accuracy laser sensor which I find to be somewhat more sensitive to and effective at eliminating cooking odors, aerosols, sprays, etc. With five speeds, once the bad air is detected the unit "sees" red/turns red and kicks into high gear, so the clean air is on the way. I was especially looking for an air purifier that would reduce the amount of dust in my home. With more air being moved and greater filter coverage area this one is doing the job for me. Filter replacement costs are in line with other similar brands. Oh, did I mention that the units have wheels so that they can be rolled around in the room or from room to room? Since I have only had these air purifiers for about a month I can't comment on longevity or customer service but so far so good. I do highly recommend them though. They seem to be a good quality, well-built product. Stay tuned for a possible follow up down the road.

We purchased the JF888 to clean and purify the air in our house since it is closed up all winter. The unit itself is large but attractive. The display contains helpful information on the air quality and mode settings. It is bright and easy to read, but thankfully the manufacturer included a night setting that turns off the display. The JF888 is very quiet in auto mode, and we can barely hear it in our bedroom at night. I tested the unit by setting it to auto mode, then lighting a candle nearby and blowing it out after a few seconds. The smoke rising from the wick immediately spiked particulate matter display from 3 to over 400, and the LED turned red. The auto mode set the fan speed to high as it cleared the smoke. Over the next 10-15 minutes, the display dropped down to 30 or so as the JF888 purified the air. The fan speed slowed as the purifier did its job, finally settling back in the range of 3-5 with no more smoke smell. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the JF888 and the job it does clearing smoke and other particles from our indoor air!

I have been buying air purifiers for years. Orecks that were too small. Honeywell that did not provide their own best filter designs just to name a couple. I finally decided to do some research based on my needs. Very large two story home with dogs. We both have allergies and problems breathing while sleeping. I compared the largest and best air purifiers and air scrubbers for large homes. I was trying to fine the best machine for the money and that could do the job without a lot of expense over a long period of time. I am tired of buying machines and replacing them. I compared the JF999 features, reviews from people who have the machine, and YouTube Videos against other popular name brand machines. Depending on the specs, the written reviews and comparisons on YouTube I found this machine to be the best option on the market. I have had on plugged outside my bedroom on the lower level of the house and one on the upstairs level. Yes, I got the biggest and best the company had to offer. I can run both machines on Auto or about medium and they are working sufficiently. The air on both levels of my home is crisp and clear. A couple days ago some grease overflowed in my oven while I was using it. When I opened the oven smoke Poured out and filled the Kitchen. My husband called me to tell me that something is going on with the air purifier down the hall. I asked what? He said the light on the front changed to red, is something wrong with it. I was excited about that. The machine’s seniors had picked up the smoke from by kitchen and indicated that the air was bad while it cleaned it up. Within 10 to 20 minutes all the air was clear and clean again. I am surprised that the machine picked up on the smoke all the way in the kitchen and cleaned it up without me moving the machine closer. I also notice that when I leave my home and go to other public places indoors. My nose can tell the difference in the air I’m breathing. It made me feel like I needed to start wearing my mass again when I leave my home. I am sleeping better and feeling emotionally healthy not dreading breathing in dust and musky air. The quality of air in my home is so much better now. By the way, I do not work for Jafanda or Amazon. I just wanted people to know that I support buying from this company. You can try it, and if you don’t like it or it’s not doing the job that I described you can send it back for free. I had never heard of this company before and I usually stick to Dyson, Honeywell, Oreck. This is the best air purifier that I have found on the market. Also, I won’t need new filters for a very long time. You vacuum the filters when needed, the machine also has a feature to let you know when you need to either vacuum the filter or replace them. There are several other feathers on this that I have not even used yet. It even has a room temperature and humidity. At this price point there is nothing better out there.

I'm quite happy with this air purifier. It has pretty much everything I wanted. I like the PM 2.5 sensor that measures air particulates. Not every air purifier has that. There's something gratifying about seeing the actual particulate matter number and knowing that your air is clean. I have a well-equipped modern smart home with most of my electronics having smart capabilities like Alexa compatibility. So I chose an air purifier that had smart capabilities as well. Although voice commands only seem to be able to turn it off and on. Which is okay by me because I leave it on auto mode and allow it to set whatever speed it deems necessary. The app is very straightforward and actually pleasant to look at. It installed easily, just make sure your Bluetooth is set to precise location while installing it. Android and the app requires that. The filters seem to be of very high quality and actually quite heavy indicating there is a substantial amount of activated carbon in them. It has the better activated pelletized carbon for removing VOC's and smells from cooking or pet odor etc. Jafanda is releasing another air filter for this purifier that has even more carbon in it thus improving it's VOC cleaning capabilities even more. I'm happy at how quiet the fans are. I can't hear anything in a silent room sitting about 10 ft away on speeds one and two. With the higher speeds I don't hear the fans at all but you can hear some air moving. If you have a TV on you won't hear it at all. It pushes a ton of air making it appropriate for open spaces or larger open rooms. The display on the unit itself is a nice blue color with very large numbers making it easy to see from a distance. The addition of humidity and temperature sensors displayed on the units LCD panel is a nice thoughtful feature. When using Alexa voice commands the unit responds instantaneously. It's very quick and accurate. The unit has 4 swivel wheels on the base which function well on a hard floor but not so well on a carpeted area. But that's to be expected and no big deal. There are two handles on the top so you can lift it and move it. It's not very heavy so that's easy to do. The auto clean feature is a must and I'm glad this has it. When it's set to auto the fans will pick up speed or slow down depending on how dirty the air is. I have attached some pictures of the app showing the usefull features like child lock or dimming the display or a timer. I think Jafanda has some good engineers and designers that actually use their products before they put them into production. I honestly can't think of anything to add or to improve on this model, except maybe more commands that work with the Alexa app. Everything works well and as advertised. I'll buy another smaller unit for a bedroom or two in the future and it will probably be a Jafanda. Another thing that is important and is often overlooked is the support that you receive. I had a number of questions about this unit before I bought it and Jafanda responded the same day every time. They are based in China so during the day for us is there night. But you still get an immediate response when they're awake. Overall I'm giving it five stars. If you get it on a sale like I did I think you'll be very happy. It does the most cubic feet of any air purifier on Amazon at this point that I saw. Register with the unit with jafanda and you get a free second year warranty. And one last thing that some people might find important it seems to have every certification there is from FCC to ETL to energy star and more.

Funcional, llego a tiempo

This is an excellent air purifier for the price. It's nice looking, light and easy to move (on wheels), very straight forward to operate and works better than some well recognized brands that sell for double or even triple this price. I really like how I can see the particle count real time and watch it do it's job. I can hardly tell it's on when on auto mode and only noticeable when it kicks on high when a door is opened or I come in from outdoors with dusty clothes on. It moves a lot of a air for the size of the unit due to the 2 large fans. I may buy another one for my basement down the road if the price stays reasonable. I would highly recommend this purifier to anyone looking to improve the air quality in their home.
