First time user of this brand. Very easy to set up and use. Highly recommended.

Great replacement for Q-See system that went bad. Very easy to install, system and existing cameras loaded and came up with little to no trouble. Remote access was easy to install, still learning and tweaking system for personal preference. Great value for the money.

Very easy setup. The app for remote viewing on mobile devices was very easy to setup. No port forwarding needed. Just scan the QR code on the screen, enter password, and you are good to go. The CMS program for viewing on computer remotely works equally well. I was using 16 existing cameras from an outdated DVR system. The cameras were originally using SDI output. I had to change the output from the camera to TVI before I could get an image as SDI is not supported by this system. Plenty of videos available through their support page to help get the system going.

DVR will only hold about a days footage and the machine goes offline a lot and has to be restarted

I had security camera system made by a company called WiseNet that went out of business, and the DVR just stopped working. I rated it 4-stars only because the video color isn't as good as what I had; but it works very well, easy to add to existing compatible cameras, and software effective. It was easy to connect to my home network for PC and cellphone, and to set up remote monitoring using laptop when not using home network. Looks good on countertop and doesn't take up much space. Tech support is awesome!

This NVR is PACKED with features !!!! The quality of this product is suburb. After a couple of hours I had the NVR on my home computer as well as my phone. The manual was written in plain English and the customer support was excellent. I had a small problem with the communication between the PTZ camera connecting the NVR. The support was spot on it and resolved my problem in the same day. I would recommend purchasing a 16 channel NVR even if you have an 8 camera system. Give yourself plenty of expansion room and go for the pre-installed 4Tb. hard drive. You will NOT go wrong in purchasing this unit.

I am replacing my old six channel DVR. I have a DVR set up in my barn. I went with this particular modelso I could add more cameras. I have to say I have been amazed by how well and fast the DVR is! The software that they use is very easy and the app to use with it is incredibly fast and loads on my video quickly, and you can search back through your videos for motion in order to review any mishaps that could’ve possibly happened. I did have some questions because I am novice to this and their customer service picked up the phone right away and the second time I called they called me right back! You can’t beat great customer service with a great product. I highly recommend Their product to anyone looking to upgrade their DVR! Here are some images from the DVR as I was setting it up today.

DVR works well. The playback function in the manufacturer's software is extremely difficult to search and view specific events.
