This parmesan cheese, matured for 36 months has a really lovely taste and supermarket versions of the cheese bear no comparison to this cheese. Pricewise there is not much difference compared with supermarket cheeses. Go on indulge yourself with this parmesan cheese - you will be converted and never go back to the supermarket versions- a proper gourmet cheese.

The best parmesan we have ever had.
I inadvertently ordered three kilos, rather than the three supermarket sized slices that I had imagined. I am so glad. This is wonderful cheese. It is vastly superior to anything we have bought from a supermarket in the last decade at least. Only top class delis, like Valvona & Crolla or Dean & Deluca, would stock anything approaching this quality. I am eagerly thumbing through every parmesan recipe I can find.

C’est le meilleur parmigiano reggiano que j’ai goûté sauf bien sûr celui acheté sur place. Goût, texture etc. Il y a eu des problèmes avec le transporteur mais le vendeur est intervenu rapidement pour les régler. C’est un produit excellent. J’en ai racheté maintes fois et je vais continuer à l’acheter.
