Very good quality. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Too many different bolts so it took quite a while to figure out how to build it.

I'm so pleased with this bed. Looked everywhere for an ottoman bed to fit our EU mattress and this was one of the few options but I couldn't be happier with it. The bed arrived amazingly quickly and was quite easy to assemble (took my husband 1-2 hours by himself). The lift mechanism works a dream and the storage capacity is excellent. Because it goes all the way down to the floor can even fit luggage under the bed. Overall this bed exceeded my expectations and I would say it's great value for money.

Arrived within a few days from Holland by UPS, clear and effective communication and tracking. Comes in two big heavy boxes. contents are clearly listed and assembly instructions are straightforward, similar to Ikea. Took about 90 minutes to assemble. Finished bed is very nice, solid and well finished. I would recommend.

Das Bett an sich ist schön und steht jetzt- zwar der Lattenrahmen etwas schief, aber ja- es steht! Tja, es wäre doch so einfach gewesen, dieses Bett nach Anleitung aufzubauen, wenn doch alle Teile der Norm entsprochen hätten. Leider waren das Gewinde für die Befestigung am Kopf- und am Fußende mit einem Grat verkleinert, so dass man die Schrauben gar nicht reindrehen konnte. Die Stangen für den Lattenrost waren teilweise so verbogen, dass man ihn nicht zusammenstecken konnte - hab mir da mal Hilfe vom Fachmann besorgt, der war dann auch kräftig genug, das zurecht zu biegen. Und er hat mir auch den Grat aus dem Gewinde entfernt, so dass das Bett doch steht. Der Lattenrahmen ist schief, aber es passt trotzdem und man kann auch drauf schlafen. Für die Verarbeitung würde ich am liebsten 0 Sterne geben, ich bin gespannt wie lange das wohl hält! Jedes Ikea- Teil lässt sich einfacher aufbauen!!! Wer natürlich handwerklich begabt ist, der kann sich mit den Teilen des Bettes ganz gut beschäftigen, denke ich. (Wenn es einem nicht den letzten Nerv raubt!)
