The dress came a day early, which was super exciting. I'm usually a medium but my bust is on the bigger side, so I went with a large. It fits like a charm, and while I can say the chest squeezes a little putting it on, that's more due to my own bust size. As it is, if not for the bust, I'd fit a medium, so size accordingly.I chose this dress for an Empress Navier cosplay for the Renaissance Festival and put a lot of work in on the other pieces, including my little Queen eagle there. This dress was the final piece, and I'm very happy with it. I'm looking for a smaller hoop skirt, because without it the dress will be under my feet as I walk. I suggest a hoop skirt and petticoat (which I do have) since they'll help fluff out the gown without making it too wide.The material is surprisingly thin, which isn't horrible since I'll be wearing it to a very hot outside event. It's not see through even though it's thin, so don't let that put you off, just keep temperature in mind. Unless you have a petticoat or something to go under, I wouldn't recommend wearing this in colder temps.Overall: loved it and do recommend

I'm absolutely obsessed with this dress. It is so flattering, the fit was perfect, and I can't wait to find more occasions to wear it. I did need a hoop skirt but that filled it out just perfectly.The material is comfortable and doesn't get easily wrinkled. The price point was extraordinarily reasonable, as well.I got a size large, I'm 5'3 and around 165 pounds. If you have a larger chest, I would recommend sizing up, but this was perfect for me!

The dress is great, I was shocked on how good of quality it is for its price point. It is medium thickness but pretty light weight and breathable! The only thing I recommend is sizing up if you have a larger chest. Otherwise, great product! Shipped super fast and received overnight.

I bought a large and I assumed that the lace-up would give some flexibility in the size and it does not. The garment itself is rigid and that lacing is really decorative- unless you need to size down. If you think that you need to size up or have it cinched loosely to work, then buy the next size up. I bought a large and I don't think that it was really completely accurate. I am a 38DD and I could not zip it. There is a well- hidden zipper on the side so I finally got it over my head but couldn't close it. Positives: the color was pretty and the design was pretty and I was sorry that an extra large was not available until after my event.

I bought a hoop skirt to wear underneath. I'm 5'7 about 165 lb it fit me perfectly in a large. I was nominated for best costume at a Bridgerton themed Murder Mystery Dinner. Side zipper makes it easier to slip on over head.

Update May 2022: so the dress is pretty still don’t get me wrong. However it is false advertisement. The dress is not how it is described in the photo. I finally pulled the dress out to wear it and it doesn’t look like the photo. For the corset it only has two ties in the front when it is described to come all the way down the front. The back also does not have the full corset as it says in the photo. So for that, I am giving them just one star now. The material still cheap feeling as I stated before also. It snagged a lot when I wore it and I was sitting majority of the time.I bought this to be a Victorian Vampire for a anime convention. The con was canceled but this dress is so beautiful. The material is not so amazing on how it feels. I thought it would be softer. Overall it’s so cute and worth it. It fits very well and is flattering.
