Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Used this on a set of Killshot P90 Gen 2’s that had been thrown a little but were still like new basically. Used the serum in the evening, let them air dry over night and then dried them on my passenger floor board with the heat on and they couldn’t if cans out any better. Did the same thing on a brand new set of Draggin Bags Infernos that were brand new and they both came out like they’ve been played with for months. Didn’t like the idea of using a dryer and am lucky enough to have a company vehicle that they like to keep running during the day, so it worked out great for drying them. No residue left over also. Got a set of vipers being delivered in a few days and just ordered another bottle to break those in. I’ll update this review once those are done also. Highly recommend this. Try it out.

This stuff really works
Bought 2 sets of new bags and used this on both. It made such a difference in the feel of the bags. I did let it soak for a few hours before drying.

Good product but expensive for what you get.
I conditioned two sets of bags with Sac Relax and they came out good but not completely broken in. Not necessarily a bad thing because it lets you break in the rest of the way by throwing. No residue on the bags after washing with Dawn afterwards. Contains enough product to do 2 sets of bags if you are sparing.I'd give it a 4 if you got more in the package. Bag Butter from Buffalo boards does a better job in less time, and for the same price you get enough product to treat around 6-8 sets of bags.Sac Relax is a good product, there are just other options out there that are better for the price.

Perfect!
Stuff works great! I am always questioning the quality of this stuff over using just plain fabric softener on my bags, but turned out way better than expected. This will definitely be my go-to product from now on!

Ripped off
Not sure if it was resold or what, but the bottles were only filled 3/4 or 1/2 way. And what ever was inside was more liquid than anything. Complete waste of money and time
