was not what I expected.
It was not what I expected.I thought the device was supposed to have great features and was supposed to be better than other options. However, the device was slow and stopped constantly. The start-up instructions were complicated. Also, it did not include the Office 365 license that was included in the purchase for free. I think that the characteristics of the processor is the cause of the problem.

Defective product
When I received this product it did not come with the one year subscription of Microsoft 365 as advertised. I had to contact the seller and they sent me a product key. The key did not work and I haven't heard back from them about another key. Also, the hard drive was corrupted. The computer kept shutting down every half hour of use. I took the computer to a local computer repair shop and they had to install a new hard drive which cost me $120.00 plus labor. Overall, I wish I never would have purchased a computer on line. This has been a very frustrating and expensive ordeal.

El costo beneficio
Al principio me molesto que el año gratis de windows 360 no fuera tan fácil de obtener. Sin embargo en la cajeta te dice que escribas al soporte de lenovo y te dan un teléfono también. Les escribí incluyendole la factura de amazon y a vuelta de correo me dieron la llave "key" para activar el año gratis de windows y todo bien. Por el costo bajo de esta laptop el beneficio es muy bueno (el ram y memoria).

Thinkpad was good
The Thinkpad is great, just what I wanted and need. Unfortunately, a week after getting it, the power supply is dead. I tried to contact Amazon to let them know I needed a new pie supply but it only gave the option to return the Thinkpad. I do not want to return the Thinkpad. I have info on it I do not want to lose and not being able to charge it to get the info off, returning is not an option. I then tried to contact Leveno and being told it was a thirty minute wait to talk to a human. I gave up and just ordered a new power supply. 🤞🏻that is the fix to the issue.

Easy set up and easy to install chrome.
I have only had this computer since it was delivered an hour ago. I really like that it is very light and it has a very appealing keyboard. The set up was very easy using the assistant. I was also able to find an app in the Microsoft store that allowed me to leave the edge and Windows S as I already have a Microsoft account. I was able to download chrome very easily. I am not going to be using it for fancy gaming and I will keep my hard drive available to hold my files but I will be using it for writing and other tasks. I am pleased with this computer so far and for the price it seems great.

Pésimo producto
Muy mala calidad, no puede ser posible que a los dos meses el marco se este desprendimiento de la pantalla, Lenovo no te da solución a fuerza quiere que compres una garantía extendida, en toda tienda te dan garantía mínima de un año al comprar el producto, no merece ni una estrella de calificación

Que lenovo de solución a los problemas de compatibilidad y errores de w11 eso es lo que no me gusto.

No viene con licencia de Microsoft 365
La computadora llegó bien, incluso antes de lo esperado, sin embargo no viene con instructivo o instrucciones para activar la licencia de Microsoft 365
