Does NOT fit MSA HARDHATS!
I was very disappointed when this item arrived and it did not fit my MSA hard hat.The mounting tabs are far too small for the slots on the hard hat, rendering it TOTALLY USELESS!

Got what I wanted, but would wish for better visuals of product
With this company, and others, the on-line product picture was lacking in visuals as well as verbal descriptions. Going through various company's on-line catalog I was able to determine the correct item. This company would get better response of their products with better visuals.I DID GET WHAT I WANTED, and IT IS GOOD / CORRECT FIT

Fit perfect
This was such an easy replacement for my hard hat

Safety Hard Hat harness
Good product. Well made. I would emphasize this does not work with my 3M hard hat. The mounting tabs are not long enough. I had forgot the general rule is only to use a harness made by the same company. The exception being my 3M hard hat harness did not have the tightener in the back like this one so it falls off when I am looking down inside a conveyor. Make sure your mounting tabs match correctly.
