Wonderful Quality, Exceptional Grill
I have this grill at home and it has been amazing. Extremely even cooking surface, it has all of the features that we need and then some! The side burner is a great touch. My experience with Broil King Grills has been 10/10, never any issues and withstands the PNW weather.

Early review - based on assembly instructions only at this point
The assembly instructions that came with this grill are garbage. Each page shows only the hardware used (and isn't specific to what hardware) and doesn't designate other parts used. The illustrations are poorly done at poor angles to actually show where a part or piece of hardware gets installed. Beyond that, and while I'm hopeful the grill performs well, there are definitely some areas of poor engineering. Specifically the area under the control panel where propane feed line and flex tube for the side burner goes leaves a lot of room for improvment as the opening they need to drop out of is an extremely tight bend for the flex tube, combined with the manufacturing process I found it impossible to route the flex tube without disassembling the fitting where it connects to the control valve. And from a usability standpoint, adding a cross brace from the floor of the cabinet to the one side, elimintes the open half of the cabinet (next to the LP tank) as being very useful.
