The media could not be loaded. This is a great fire pit/table! It puts off a really nice amount of heat. We've not tested it in weather below 70 degrees as of yet, but we suspect that it will work well on high, once we get into fall temps. It does come with a glass shield and ample amount of lava rock. We replaced our lava rock with fire glass which dramatically improved the aesthetic (and matched our outdoor sofa). The hose for propane comes out of either smaller side of the fire pit, there is a half moon cutout at the bottom of each end for the hose. It also comes with a round stand for the propane tank, which is nice. There is a decent cover for the fire pit but not the propane tank. The fire pit is perfect to put our feet on while sitting on the couch. Plenty of room for a beverage on the table portion. With the glass shield on, drinks do not get warm. I will say that the glass shield prevents a lot of the heat from hitting those sitting around the fire pit. Standing up you will feel it. We've been using it mostly with the glass shield removed. I'd recommend this fire pit/table!

We are very happy with our purchase. We did switch out the lava rocks for the glass stones. We prefer the look of the glass. We were also able to get a table to conceal the tank that matched the fire table pretty well. This has been a game changer for our deck. Kids want their friends over every night to hang out and make s’mores. For the adults it’s so nice not to smell like a fireplace at the end of the night. You will notice in my pics that there are some scratches on the top. It does scratch easily and those all came from the glass fire screen. The fire screen is great on a windy night but otherwise it’s pretty annoying and we tend to use it as little as possible. All in all I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It has been almost a year come mid-April since having this fireplace. I’m giving a 3 star rating as it was beautiful, works great, & I did love the aesthetic but it has not held up during the seasons here in KY. Even with it being covered during the colder seasons, the paint has chipped away. And not just in one area but the entire fireplace. I am very displeased as this is a very expensive outdoor fireplace and I would expect for the material to hold up outdoors and longer than under a year.

Really lovely, and just what we hoped for. A couple of comments about 4 vs 5 stars: one other reviewer (of the same version but with the extra box included) gave a great description of the problem with the igniter pointing the wrong way. We had the same problem and were grateful for his review so we could fix ours too! Now our igniter works. Other than that issue, this firetable is great, with the glass shield securely nesting in the inset. One last note to help others: we learned from the instructions that came with this that composite decks (like Trex) tell you not to put a fire pit like this on them or you might damage the deck (and presumably void the warranty). We elevated ours to protect our deck using leftover patio pavers, but thought others might want to be aware of that before purchasing any fire pit.

Wonderful customer service. I had an issue with a table purchased last July, the seller was EXTREMELY helpful as soon as I reached out to them and without any hesitation replaced the table . This picture is when we first set it up and I had to order more blue glass for the middle part. I am absolutely loving it. Everything worked perfectly. Everything shut up perfectly. I highly recommend!It does come with the Pumice rocks by the way but we decided to order the blue broken glass to match our patio furniture.

The product looks great but the Fire Starter Ignitor does not work, I can use a lighter to get it started but for what it cost the product should work without issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had an electrician that assembled the pit. It is so beautiful and easy to work. I am still waiting for the Propane Tank cover but once I receive I will put an additional comment.
