This book is excellent. It’s such a no pressure way to teach kids how important it is not to judge other peoples looks or practices. I absolutely love it. Super cute storyline too and amazing illustration as always. We LOVE JD and own like 10+ books.

This book is one of my granddaughter's favorite stories and I enjoy reading it to her. My only thought is that it's the grandparents who are vocal and that they run away--lots of quality conversations about the story.

It's big and comfortable for my 5-year-old boy to handle and see the pictures!

This is an adorable book about accepting differences and embracing tolerance. Beautifully written with terrific illustrations.

We love this author and illustrator. The book was a little tongue-tying but it was cute. Can’t say if we’d buy it again, not as catchy as other titles by the author we own.
