This is my first review ever, and I have to say, these are INDESTRUCTIBLE. I have bought a total of 3 and currently still use 2 (gave the other away). I've since been using them every day for a year or so. My cats are extremely smart and driven, so the deeper bowl definitely slows them down (enough) and when I started using them, they since stopped throwing up from eating too fast. I have dropped these everywhere and anywhere. My cats knock them over every day, I drop all sorts of things on them allll the time (I have them on little wire stands I got from a different bowl set). No chip, no crack, no scratch. It's insane how great these are. A bit hard to wash especially if there's some build up, I have not thrown these in the dishwasher, but I've found those circular brushes and a baby tooth brush after soaking leaves them brand new easily. I originally got these for their vibrant color and design, and that too is very worth it. I was tired of stainless steel, white or neutral shades of green and pink etc. I really just enjoy how these fit into my space and not just look like "cat stuff". My friends think it's really my cute how each cat has a color and matching mats, which honestly, I think the cats know which is who's by now too. Will definitely be buying these again when the time arises.

This is a great slow feed bowl. My golden retriever chows down her food like a vacuum cleaner, like she is having a race, like its the last meal she ever had, like she hasn't eaten in days, as in, really fast. She finishes her food in the regular bowl in 30 seconds or less and always tries to beat her fastest time.But no more.With this bowl she now takes her time and slowly fishes around for the each and every last nugget of food. I can tell she is more relaxed as well, not going at a hyper speed. It now takes her about 5 minutes to slowly eat all her food.Not only that, the bowl itself is excellent. It is heavy and doesnt slide around at all. The spaces the food is between are large enough so she can actually get to the food but close enough together so that she has to take her time. It's very easy to clean, any crumbs left fall right out with a quick rinse and it also does well in a dishwasher.I would highly recommend this bowl.

I’m so happy I went with this bowl. As both our dogs’ breeds are prone to bloat (German Shepherd and Bernese Mountain Dog), slow feed bowls are very important to me. This bowl is difficult enough that it slows them down, but not so difficult that it discourages my GSD from finishing her food. It looks pretty, is easy to clean (I throw it in the dishwasher), and does its job well. It’s also too heavy for the dogs to knock over, carry around, etc. The price is right, too, so it can’t be beat. If you have a large breed and/or deep-chested dog, this is an essential.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. My dog is a little Hoover, and wolfs his food down in mere seconds, which results in daily gas of the worst SBD variety. This bowl prevents him from eating so fast, which has really cut down on this problem. The bowl itself is heavy enough to prevent him from pushing it all over. It looks nice, pretty color, and is easy to clean. Very happy with it. My dog maybe not so much, but he's learned to live with it.

This has been great! We have an English Springer Spaniel that could eat his food in less than a minute! We needed help! I Also wanted a dish that I could put in the dishwasher and I did not want plastic or rubber. This fit the requirements, its a heavy dish and he doesn’t push it around. He is a big spaniel (80lbs) He has really slowed his eating, it’s a game to get all the pieces. I have not used with soft food. I have not put in dishwasher as of yet. As of now, I am very happy with the product.

Like these bowls. Note that the product info when you click into it says “hand wash only” while some of the other info says you can wash them in the dishwasher. And (!) they say “dishwasher safe” on the bottom of the actual bowl!! 🤷‍♂️ ?????? We washed our first set in the dishwasher. Shortly after, one cracked and broke so we had to buy a replacement. I wish the product info was consistent!! Now we hand wash just to be safe bc they are delicate and crack easily. Now, that said, we love the elevated bowls for our pups. Our puppy was eating too fast and often getting hiccups. This bowl has helped him slow down. They are just costly if we end up having to keep replacing them.

I love this dish! My small dog no longer chokes while eatling, because the dish truly slows her down. She seems to enjoy searching every channel, just to be sure she didn't miss a bite! The rubber pads (included) keep the dish from moving, even on her eleated feeding station. The dish does not fit inside the hole, but it's so stable that doesn't need to.

Comes with silicone feet to stick onto the bottom so it doesn’t scoot all over the floor. Nice and thick ceramic so should not break easily. Washes well in dishwasher.Works well for our Rat Terrier. She usually gobbles her food. Now it takes her a bit longer. She has even left a little food and comes back to finish the last little bit.
