Nice but doesn't work with all headrests

After starting as a District Executive with the Boy Scouts, I found myself wearing a Blazer/Suit Jacket a lot more than I did while working in Insurance.I normally do not wear a jacket while driving as I tend to wrinkle it pretty easily/quickly. But this has been a life saver. I keep it on the back of my driver's seat which allows Very Easy on/off storage. Its become second nature now.My only wish is that the brackets that attach to the headrest were made of aluminium instead of plastic. However, it is very solid and has showed no signs of wear / breaking. I love the rich Cherry color as my cars interior is tan. This has been well worth the $35 investment.

Hanger section to mount won't secure, not a flaw but it was designed so it wouldn't be secured onto the mount and is a bit loose. -1 star4. Hanger is too close to my headrest. -1 starFirst of all, seller should inspect the product for scratches prior to shipping. Second of all, MAXSA needs to make the hanger secured to the mount and make the mount with metal or something more solid. Inserts should have rubber inserts to lower nvh. These are all simple fixes, I don't get why design something half way and just be okay with it. I'm going to give it a few days, but I'm most likely going to return this poorly designed product.

I really enjoy this product in theory, but when I assembled it I could only find one of the two notched black plastic nuts that are required to securely attach the hanger part to the headrest. Unfortunately, although it came with different-colored spacers for use in cars with skinnier headrest bars, the product doesn't come with any extras of the ridged nut that I am missing. I assembled the hanger as best as I can without it, but one side just flops around loosely. I can tell that If I had the missing piece it would be perfect. The wooden part is really strong and well made. Unfortunately, the part I am missing is so specific that I couldn't figure out a way to fix the issue without it. I can’t return it any longer because I initially assumed that maybe I’d simply dropped the missing piece and would find it later. Unfortunately, it is nowhere to be found.
