I was giving my 8yo son different vitamins including separate vitamin D. His levels got way too high for B & D, so I was on the quest to find more balanced vitamins.I noticed a lot of vitamins either have too much or too little of what is recommended for daily dosages. This has what my son needs, and overall his health and behaviors have been better. It’s an old school vitamin, but it works well!

My kids absolutely love these Flintstones vitamins! Getting them to take a daily multivitamin used to be a struggle, but now they actually ask for their 'Flintstones.' The fruity flavors are a big hit – they think they're getting a treat! As a parent, I appreciate that these chewables are packed with essential vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin D, giving me peace of mind that they're getting the support they need for good health and growth. The vitamins have never caused upset stomach and seem to be effective at delivering necessary nutrients. Definitely a winner in our household!

I'm a 43 year old adult and when I told my Dietician I was taking a gummy multi-vitamine, he was not pleased. He told me that if I really didn't want to deal with swallowing capsules, you can look at the ingredients in Flintstones chewables from when we were kids, and they have basically everything we need as an adult too.

Kids like the different colors/ flavors. Easy to chew. I like that they only need one vitamin a day. Most kids vitamins are 2 per day. So these should last longer.

Complete multivitamin with good shelf life. Taste-wise, my son likes it, daughter doesn’t 🤷‍♂️I prefer these tablets over gummies because it doesn’t stick to my kids teeth, so it’s less likely to cause cavities.The only thing I don’t like, is dark spots start appearing on the tablets toward the end. It has something to do with oxygen exposure because the tablets are always fine when first opened. It doesn’t affect the taste but I worry it might affect the efficacy of the vitamins and minerals.If you have 2 or more kids and give it to them everyday, the spots probably won’t appear.Will buy again.

I remember taking these as a child and now my own kids take them. They don't mind them at all and say the flavor is good. I look for quality and vitamin content. These are not sticky at all, rather chalky. The dosage is just right for each of my kids and it's easy for even my 2 year old to chew up and swallow.

Love these vitamins with iron! My picky eater needs it. Better price than retail stores.

Ive been taking this product ever since I was a child, a lot of essential vitamins and its very easy and chewable. But in some cases you will get a hard vitamin, but overall this product is effective and does the job.👍
