We got paper that was not perforated. Fries still brown up nicely, and with the paper, we don't have to worry about drippings.

Fire hazzard
I recently placed one of these mats in my air fryer to toast a grilled cheese sandwich at 400 degrees. About 3.5 minutes into the cycle, the mat burst into flame inside my machine. Fortunately, I was standing nearby and was able to remove the bin quickly. Even within the few seconds it took me to understand what was happening and remove the bin, the mat burned completely to ashes. Can't see myself utilizing these again!
