Great watch. People send it back because it seems very difficult to initially set up. It's actually easy to set up if you watch you tube videos on how to do it. Once you set it up you don't need to set anything for over ten years. Keeps time to within a few seconds a year. Once set up the stop watch, dual time and alarm are very simple to use. Better than my Rolex by far.

Great casual "knock around" watch. Very lightweight and sporty. The band was horribly uncomfortable though and I immediately replaced it with a neoprene sports band that fit better with the esthetics of the watch. With the upgrade, highly recommended and pleased with my purchase!

Love the fact that the watch never needs a battery.The functions of the watch are amazing,love the titanium case ,my only drawback is that the band could’ve been a little larger

The media could not be loaded. I like this watch for it functionality. It’s pretty cool that you never have to set the calendar at the end of each month. It’s amazingly accurate. It is very involved to set up initially. I recommend that you watch the entire video all the way through and then watch the video as you are setting up the watch. I have a feeling that this watch is returned so much because people just get frustrated and they don’t have the patience to follow the instructions. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! I am very pleased with this watch and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful watch - unfortunately arrived pre-worn. Citizen factory box had label split, box torn, band showed wear from clasp, "dirt" on bezel...obviously pre-worn then returned then re-sold item. A shame...beautiful watch... returned same day.

The good - perpetual calendar, titanium, and a cool look. Dual time zones is great if traveling and the chronograph complication is accurate.The medium - with all the built-in functions, use is not intuitive but the manual online explains everything well.The bad - some of the numbers are hard to read. I have 20/10 vision have some difficulties reading the timer that tracks minutes. Also, the tachometer along the bezel is very small and hard to read.The ugly - trying to use the tachometer is basically impossible. When you stop the timer after less than 1 - second, the watch resets to zero immediately instead of staying in location. This means you have a split second (at best) to read the tachymeter when you stop the timer. Would have been nice if the watch stopped when you stopped the chronometer so you could actually read the tachymeter.
