My IBCLC recommended this to help with my milk supply after it dipped when I returned to work. Totally made a difference. I noticed a difference right away and the brand was recommended based on it's quality. I have not tried other brands so I can't compare but this was very effective in helping me regain my supply. I also really like it's organic. I will continue to use this product for the remainder of my BF journey.

This product is have been using so far no problem. I use this with other products that work together well .I have another product made by this company it help with stress. This one help with fertility not directly but it help .I would recommend this product

I started taking this to help increase my breastmilk output. I pump several times a day to ensure baby has milk while I’m at work and lately I’ve noticed I’m not making as much anymore. I bought this after hearing from a holistic doctor that it helps with not only producing more breastmilk but also to help regulate hormones. I can definitely say I’ve noticed an increase in breastmilk. After 24 hours of use I was engorged and my breast were rock hard. They’ve regulated back down now but the increased milk output stayed. I will continue to use this product.
