My fave K2 supplement. I take this with my D3 and these are very small, absorb well without any stomach upset or side effects, and pleasantly smell and taste like coconut. Have bought multiple times & will keep using, very effective.

Excellent product. Take 100 mg of K2 with every 10,000 IU of Vit D3 with dinner. K2 directs calcium to bones, not stones or arterial plaque. Store in fridge like all fat soluble vitamins. Do not take calcium supplements, only eat high calcium foods.

This brand is great cost-benefit wise, I don't measure my vitamin K in my routine blood work but I'm confident that it's helping along vitamin d3. These are easy to swallow even without water

Appears to be good quality, is popular and third party checked…price continues to rise but I keep my auto ship anyway!

I was taking another MK seven supplement for a year or more and the noticed this so much less expensive and I see no reason it should be less effective. I’ve been taking it for a few months and I will have my calcium levels checked in my blood or whatever that test is.

Ive been taking Vit K2 as MK7 for nearly a year now, if the research is true then it is helping to gradually remove calcium build up in my system to return the calcium to my bones making them stronger, time will tell but I am optimistic.

Can taste the coconut oil.

I can't speak for any effects good or bad but I can say the capsules are small. Add you Vit D and you should have the recommended combination for cardio health.
