Good quality multivitamin, I gave 4 stars because there are other options out there with much higher strength. Over all good value for money and they crucial for vitality.

Does what it says tablet is a bit bigger than I thought but still able to swallow it even after Surgery I would recommend them

Good range of vitamins and minerals, but not a year's supply as you're supposed to take 2 tablets per day!! Also, the tablets are big and round - hard to swallow - like trying to swallow a golf ball!! I don't normally have any problem swallowing tablets, but these make me gag - should be lozenge shaped...

These vitamins are quite smelly. They smell of the usual vitamins but personally I find that really hard to stomach. Luckily they do not leave an after taste the same so once down they are ok, but I do struggle to take them in the first place because of the smell. I have been neglecting to take them as regularly as I should as well because it says preferably with a meal but I don't usually have breakfast and forget by tea time. My own fault, but for this reason can't really comment on long term affects. If you don't mind a bad smell then I would say worry a try. They are packed with vitamins and it's a small price to pay for health!

I expected bullet-shaped tab;ets or capsules, but these are round. The smooth coating makes them easy to swallow. Although there are 365 tablets, don't expect these to last a year as the recommended dose is 2 per day for adu;ts.
