We have had since August of 2023 and have had only one issue, one of the eyelets snapped off. I contact the company and they were very quick to respond and send me replacements. I would recommend this product to others

Price and look good but after the first storm the tarp fall and the hungers broke as you see the pictures I just want to get more of those so I can fix it maybe but there’s no answer from the seller and I really need to get it to work

We bought it in May and assembled it right away. It is very sturdy once set up. The material is metal, making it very durable. We really like the canopy design. The canopy covers the pergola perfectly, allowing us to sit outside even when it's raining or sunny. It's also easy to open and close the canopy. We have used it for almost a month and a half, and it withstands strong winds and rain. We have no complaints and are satisfied with this purchase.

After reading the reviews and comparing this one to the others, it took me weeks to decide and we made the right decision. Great quality and easy to assemble. Just what I needed as I create my oasis. Don’t be like me and hesitate the purchase, just do it!

(Florida home) Added lights, added curtains, added fan bought new outdoor furniture. Great, now to the bad. Within a week we had light rain it collapsed the plastic rolls the help it retract broke. Messaged seller, I did receive message back, only for nothing to be shipped for faulty parts. Did find them on Amazon bought more. Replaced them. Come to find out the plastic wasn’t strong enough for the water proof cloth that sinked in. Which is in the middle. Which now has spots or dirt showed in video. This is after about months of weather but not a year use. With this in mind we had to buy more plastic rollers that were smaller to take away from the sinked in spots to try to level them out and zip tied them to keep them from detaching from the rod on windy days that weren’t even that windy. Also from the sinked in curtain that’s just one longer than all the rest the pole bent so now it’s more of a sink in the cloth. Also if you are putting it up against a building remove the ends to make it more flush against the wall. In picture three when it’s windy or any type of wind the curtain will pull back. This hole we put a Allen wrench as a stopper since the magnet isn’t strong enough it does help and keeps it in place. Keep the curtains open when not in use.

I absolutely love this pergola! It was easy to put together with my husband and I but I wouldn’t recommend one person doing it by themselves. It is doable, but it would be hard. I love that the Pergola slides back out of the way if you want sun! I love the color and it just looks so elegant in our space! I would recommend this 100%!!

Easy to assemble, but definitely takes two for steps 6 thru to the end. Paper instructions that come with aren't the best either, so hopefully with a little common sense and picture instructions you can assemble with NO mistakes. Definitely worth the buy. Seems sturdy enough without being staked down yet. We're going to take extra precaution and using long screws to attach to our deck. We'll see how the wear and tear goes over the next year out here in the country as well. We get quite a bit of high winds and the heat here in Texas we'll be able to see if the shade doesn't fade. Will definitely update.
