Great Chair for the Price
TLDR: Great chair for the price, highly recommend a few DIY fixes when assembling however.I have used the chair for the last three months, and can say for the price it's definitely a great chair. For about $130-$160 the chair has a lot of great features. The lumbar support is really nice and easy to adjust, the headrest is really good, the recline is easy to use and locks very nicely, the backrest feels really good and has not gotten loose on me, and the arm rests have a lot adjustability. I've known others who use chairs that are around $300-$500 and they say they actually prefer this one over theirs. There are a couple of problems I've had though. The seat can get uncomfortable, so I personally use a thin firm cushion that helps me sit in the chair for hours at a time. The recline on the chair is nice, however the adjustment for the force to sit back in the chair a bit more is quite difficult to use, and is not very intuitive on which direction is for strengthening the force for sitting back more, or lightening the load of it. The arm rests do have a fair bit of adjustability, however they do feel a bit too firm, and can cause some discomfort to my elbows at times. I do think adding a little bit extra padding from factory wouldn't add to the cost of manufacturing the chair very much, and if that is the case I would personally like some more padding in the arm rests. It's quite simple to assemble compared to other chairs I've had, however there are a few DIY fixes I highly recommend when assembling it. First, the cover that goes over where the chair legs and hydraulic lift for raising and lowering the chair meets will rattle a lot when moving the chair. What I did was use the foam from shipping, and cut a shape that will go on the underside of the cover so it does not rattle anymore. Second, after a month or so, I noticed a screw that had fallen off the chair, and the chair would creek a lot. When taking a look I noticed all the screws had backed out a considerable amount, and some were almost about to fall off as well. I ended up redoing all the screws with blue Loctite, and ever since all the screws have been firmly in place on the chair.Overall, even with a few complaints, the chair is definitely pretty good, and is great when factoring in the price. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an office chair in this price point.

Should you buy this?
Okay so quick overview and I’ll go into some more details later: The chair is great if they send you one that doesn’t have problems. You get to decide if you’re willing to chance going through the headache I did. What I liked: Once assembled it is a great chair as you can see even my cats enjoy it. Shipping was extremely fast. I was able to get this at a great discount so in the end it only cost me around $125. I love the tilt feature, the headrest is nice, and being able to adjust the arms is such a nice feature. Like I said for the price I bought this at it was a steal. What I didn’t like: I’ll start with the issue that I blame the company for. For one I’ve ordered a total of 3 chair. 2 because the first one had many problems (the second one had some minor problems as well) I ordered a third because of course it would go on a very big sale a few days after I bought it and because of the headache I went through I decided I’m saving the money. What were the problems you ask? The first chair I ordered, the tilt feature was messed up and it wouldn’t allow me to tilt (yes I know you can lock this feature that wasn’t the issue). Secondly, I’m guessing this must just be a design flaw but both chair’s backrest had stitching coming undone at the bottom (luckily you can’t see it once assembled and I’m hoping it won’t cause problems down the road). Furthermore both chairs had alignment issues the second one more so than the first. I had to assemble the chair out of order (step 5 before step 4) and this made it way harder to put together. The first chair I did by myself, the second one I caved and asked my partner to help after I accidentally hit the chair lift and the legs smacked me in the forehead. It’s funny now but not so much when it happened. Now I blame the shipping company for the leg cover being cracked and my first chair had something stuck in the arm which made a rattling sound. I’m assuming something got in through the large hole in the corner of the box it was shipped in. Now the second came in great condition so if you have a great delivery person I wouldn’t worry about this too much. Lastly they don’t have a support system. I would have loved to just have received replacement parts, unfortunately you have to get a whole new chair. Because of this you get to go through the fun process of disassembly, trying to fit everything back in the box which was packed so tightly before it’s not an easy process, and then haul the thing to a location that allows you to return it and this thing isn’t light.Final thoughts: I did so much research on this chair before I bought it and now that it’s assembled it was worth it to me. I think that my situation probably isn’t something that will happen to everyone so I say go for it. Just know there is a chance you can end up like me.
