Great Retro Feel - Easy To Use
I saw this in use on a retro site and thought I had to try it. Snapped this up when on sale and as soon as it arrived I installed the app and had it running in 10 minutes displaying lots of cool custom pixel art.The catalogue of content is big and should offer most tastes something to display

Poorly implemented buggy product, but sad to return it.
I have to be honest and say both myself and wife loved this. But it was returned. We are both unhappy to have returned it, but the issues were just too annoying.I'm going to list the positives and negatives. It arrives in a nicely packaged and presented boxBUTIt contains only a USB cable and no plug. Very annoying when it has a specific 3amp requirement. I feel ALL products should come with a plug.It was easy to setup and connectBUTthe instructions supplied are written in a microscopic font and are illegible. The app for iPhone was easy to find and downloadBUTits TERRIBLE. I don't know who designed it but NO thought has been given to it whatsoever. Its a terrible mixed up mess. Barely useable and unfit for purpose. It's completely UN-user friendly. One of the main reasons for returning the product. Its the worst I've ever experienced ANYWHERE.The displayed images are good and varied. You can alter brightness etc and choose different artBUTIt crashes. I persisted but a crash and a disconnection from wi-fi every few days for no apparent reason is too much. I would have it displaying the weather, but suddenly the temperature numbers would corrupt. The reason? No connection. The fix. Reboot the device. The problem? It then loses all its power off/on wake up settings and they have to be re-input and applied. The bigger problem, the same thing happens a few days later - over and over, freezing, losing settings etc.Too many problems. This product could and SHOULD be excellent but there seems to have been no proper thought over the supporting software and the hardware is flaky as well. Its sad though as both myself and wife keep glancing over to where we had it and there is now a space there. We quickly got used to having it. But it was just far too irritating and bug ridden to keep. One final thing, DO NOT choose factory reset. Who ever heard of a device taking THIRTY MINUTES to reset itself. I can reinstall and setup a PC with windows faster than that. Its totally unacceptable.

Expected more.
The app is not good with a very difficult interface to navigate. Features are somewhat lacking as well. Screen is nice and big, and the colours translate well, unlike cheaper screens.

I love Divoom, but this product has saddened me 😥
I really do love Divoom products, I started with the Ditto and then got the Planet9, both of which I adore. I had been eyeing up the Pixoo 64 for a while, however I am disappointed with how unstable it can be. It loses connection a lot that sometimes isn't resolved until going through the setup process again. It restarts and gets stuck on the start-up screen a lot, and also can't seem to handle a lot of the art that is provided on their app. Once it is working correctly though, it really is a nice looking addition to my setup.

Strongly advice against buying
the first item was dropped over a fence and refunded then broke 6 weeks later. amazon were quick to refund which was amazing. i bought a replacment and after 2 weeks it has started to stick on certain screens, the playset cycle stops running or plays random selections i have not selected. the crypto display also stops working. i bought 3 years tech cover so will likely need to arrange this one to be sent back. Based on other reviews I feel Divoom released the product knowing about alot of serious glitches and aimed to just handle replacments with the profits made, when it would have been better to quality check the item throughly before release. If you have the itch to buy one id suggest waiting untill a later version is released were they hopefuly address the tech issues.

Great product! App is confusing though.
While this art display will definitely add a colourful touch to the room it is in, the app to control the displays is quite confusing. I would say that this product is slightly overpriced and should be bought if you love cool gadgets like this and have time to get used to the app.

Really loved it but too many problems
When I got the Divoom Pixoo-64 I absolutely loved it, but within a few days it kept freezing, so I would have to reset it and then it started freezing and locking up and even after turning it on and off it would freeze and lock up within seconds of booting back up, I tried to reset but still the same in the end it just failed to connect to the WiFi so was useless, for the price I am extremely disappointed also it’s not a cheap product. When it worked it was absolutely amazing
