Installed in our 2012 fordfocus titanium and works great right out of the box. No forscan required. Decent picture and the backup assist lines work as they should. Camera has been installed for a few weeks now and no issues.

Camera works well, but is not exact as the original so moved a bit

Bought another brand but turned out that the image is upside down. This one works with correct image orientation but unfortunately cannot get the dynamic parking aid lines to work, just static lines. Image angle is slightly wider than original but seems to be clearer. Original unit was EM5T-19G490-BA. Tried some settings with Forscan but still no dynamic parking aid lines. Original cam had it. Only time will tell how long this will last.

2015 Ford Edge Sport. Fully loaded. The camera sits in a holster and the lines are crooked on the screen. Makes it very odd to use with your mirrors. Also the dynamic lines I originally had do not work on this camera. Picture is fine. Just really not what it claims.

2012 Lincoln MKX. This part may or may not be a direct fit due to orientation of the wiring connecter. It can be MADE to fit by removing/trimming the mounting bracket. It also came with no 'O' ring so just swap your old ring to the new unit. It has a MUCH wider field of vision than the original unit. BTW, I was a 19 year Ford/Lincoln Electronics Tech and found this whole deal kinda baffling.
