This product works, at least it has for me, but you do have to give it some time. I’m about six weeks in now, and around week four is when I really noticed a difference. Since then, my focus has been way better. I feel calm and clear instead of scattered, like I can stay locked in and just get things done. Haven't been using this consistently but the days I did use it there seemed to be a small boot to my focus. I guess the results also depend on your overall health and mental state but it will be a good addition to an overall balanced diet and life.
