Very poor service
The technician installed the outdoor unit directly on the window. When I complained, he said there will be no problem. But we started to have a lot of noise issues inside. Upon contacting the customer care, New technician came and said the installation is wrong. But you will have to pay again for the installation. Also there customer care number does not work most of the time. Very poor service.

Sensor not working
Hot and cold voltas ac ... Sensor not working for cut out the outside unit even room temperature cross the set temperature during winter season. For example when I set 28 degree Celsius temperature but outdoor unit fan countiounsly running even temp. 34 degree Celsius.
