Always used smoke liquid until I found this liquid smoke in powder form.will never used liquid smoke again,this smoke powder you need very little of,don't have to worry about it falling off your protein,and taste slot better.you all have me hooked on it,and will always keep my spice cabinet with smoked powder.thank you !! Great quality product! A little bit goes a long way! I have found that a half a teaspoon will flavor 2 quarts of mashed potatoes nicely. So, easy does it with this stuff. Flavor is excellent! Shipping was rapid and packaging was excellent. I am going to try it on other foods as part of a marinade.Chicken, Fish, and Pork should be excellent. Maybe combined with brown sugar and garlic salt.

This product is better than liquid smoke. You can use it to add smoke flavor to meats, where you use a couple of pinches & rub, let sit for a while to absorb the flavor.You can also use it in vegetarian / vegan dishes, such as split pea soup, etc.

Use half of what you use with granular. Powdered can easily overpower the taste, then add more to taste

Very expensive. I wanted to get away from the smoked barley malt flour, so I made the decision to try it since it is gluten free. Other reviewers claim it is smoky and a little goes a long way. I beg to differ. This product has an extremely faint smoke aroma, and no flavor at all. I do not recommend this product if you want a smoky perception.

Great for when you need a little smoke flavor in any dish. A little advice: Get a few desiccant packs and put them inside otherwise the powder will harden into a rock hard clump.
