I have been sleeping on this pillow for just over a month now. I have not had to switch out my pillow in the middle of the night at all! This is amazing! The very first night I slept on the SleepNitez side sleeper pillow, I tossed and turned ZERO times, I woke up ZERO times, and in the morning I had ZERO pain in my neck and shoulders - all of which is thanks to the structure, support and firmness of this pillow.After 1 month of using this pillow, it has not lost its support (the firmness and height are the same - it has not compacted irreversibly like other "memory foam" pillows I have used in the past).I am a 5'5" female with average build/average length from my neck to the end of my shoulder - and I find using all 3 layers of the pillow works great for me (it is not too high). But a great thing about this pillow is that the height is adjustable, so if I need to alter the height (like when we get a new mattress), I can still sleep comfortably with this pillow.The pillow is quite large (which was a positive for me when I was choosing between this pillow and a couple other types that were terribly small looking) and there is no "designer" pillowcase for it (it comes with a semi-quilted outer case that can be removed for washing) - but hardly something to complain about when this pillow is providing me some of the best, most comfortable and long-term pain-free sleep I have had since I was a child! I have had this pillow for a little over a week now and for once in YEARS I am finally getting better sleep, waking up less in the middle of the night and waking up with little to no more back/neck and shoulder pain. I have tried TONS of pillows over the past few years including the Smooth spine alignment pillow, Coop pillow (was OK at first, thought I had finally found the perfect pillow but it did nothing for my back and neck pain), Donama cervical pillow, EPABO Contour Memory Foam Pillow Orthopedic Sleeping Pillow and Sleep Number AirFit foam contour pillow as well as a long list of standard hotel pillows over the years. I recently also upgraded my old sleep number memory foam bed to a new Flextop King I8 Smart Bed and I will give most of the improved sleep credit to the new bed but I was still missing a great pillow. Of course Sleep Number sold me on one of their expensive pillows but unfortunately that was a waste of money as the pillow was not comfortable for me. This sleepnitez pillow has been so amazing that I think I finally found my perfect pillow! I have not removed any of the foam pieces from the pillow as I have found it to be very comfortable as is. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck, back and/or shoulder pain.

I've been looking for a pillow for years and lately i bought around Six type of cervica pillows or ergonomic and ended up returning them, now this one have the perfect height,is firm and the curved shape work great for the cervical support and the flat side is perfect to place it against the head rest and it doesn't move all night. 100% recommended!

The quality of the foam in this pillow is good, but it didn't end up helping my neck pain. Here are my issues with it:I don't like the way the sides are shaped into a square. There's no rounding or slant to support the neck, just a sheer cliff that you rest your head on.For me, having all three layers in was too thick, and removing one of the layers was too thin.It's a really big pillow and doesn't fit in regular pillow cases.I didn't like the curve of the pillow. Laying on my back, the curved parts would rest on my shoulders, pushing the pillow back and making a gap that didn't support my neck. This isn't a huge deal though, since you can just flip the pillow around.On the plus side, customer service was very good, so I've bumped up my original rating from 3 starts to 4.

I've been in a 10 year quest for the perfect pillow. I have the Sleepnitz wedge and it has helped somewhat. But I have to use my pillow with it which doesn't cut it. I purchased this pillow and have used it for a few nights now. It's the best to date. The curve is very wide and deep. Very comfortable. I use all three of the inserts; it seems to be fine. But I may remove one just to see how it feels. That's a nice feature. I feel my body is in better alignment as well. It's a firm pillow, not squishy at all. I highly recommend this pillow.

I've used the Sleepnitez wedge pillow for the past 3 years and was happy to see they now offer a large flat pillow for back and side sleepers. I've tested this new memory foam pillow for a week now, using it stacked with my wedge, and the two work well together. The new pillow is large, cool, and comfortable. No more neck kinks! I love it.You'll need to purchase king size pillow cases to fit over it. After comparing measurements, I bought the LANE LINEN Soft Pillow Covers King Size 100% Egyptian Cotton Set of 2 Cool & Smooth 1000 Thread Count Sateen Cases - Charcoal (you can type in B0BPH9V12K in the search bar). I have slept on this pillow for several nights now. It does not move. I flip flop a lot during the night and am fighting with a pillow to get it so I can return to sleep. I do not have to fight with this pillow. I love that it stays in place all night long. The cover is really good. The inside is some type of foam. I wonder how long this will maintain its shape. I did remove one of the foam layers but it just did not fit right when sleeping on my side. Yes, I am a side sleeper and it's great to go from one side to the other and not have to do anything with the pillow to sleep. I do sleep on my back and it does well sleeping that way too. The only thing I would have liked is that they provided a pillow case or sold one to go with it. It is a pretty good size and my king size pillow cases don't fit it. Even though the pillow case covering is machine washable for the pillow; I just like the added protection of a regular pillow case.
