there is dent on the fridge. while we are opening the door or closing the door of the fridge there is sound of chu chu.

Cooling system is defective. I bought it 3 days agoEven after 3 days of usage the temp of various items in fridge is around 15 Cel while the set temp is 2 Cel.I was sent a fridge manufactured in May 2023 (More than 15 months old). It was my mistake, I should NOT have accepted the delivery of such an old item .. My advice to all -- Pls reject the delivery of any item if it is more than 6 months old

Delivery Guys came unannounced this morning and weren't able to put the fridge 2 floors up citing reasons that the fridge is too big, lift is too small. I saw a a similar size fridge being taken 5 floors up via stairs in my building without issues. These delivery guys asked me for additional manpower and despite getting 2 men to help them they weren't able to put the fridge up. They suggested me to open up the fridge downstairs and taking it up. I asked them if they will take.it back in case of any dents etc. They said no and took back the piece.

REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE WATER TANKCan we replace the 4 litre water supply tank and how. The original part has broken. Now we cannot make ice cubes in absence of water supply tank
