The first night I took these I didnt know what to expect, these hit hard! It's like taking a muscle relaxer and melatonin in one. They work amazingly and they taste pretty good. My suggestion is to take the first one when you're getting ready to sit down and relax.

Calm clear focus. My wild 4 year old loves them. He takes them and within is calmly organizing and playing his toys rather than complete chaos and mass destruction. The temper tantrums are much less frequent and severe. I actually bought them for me to help detox a progesterone trial that went horribly wrong. But he loved them and seems to have excellent results. They are easy to swallow because they taste amazing. The dosage, I feel it’s just right. It’s hard to eat just 2. I want to eat more! These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I've been having a lot of "mental" and "physical" issues.I suffer from anxieties and stress that since March have heightened and also been experiences muscle pains that I've never felt before. TMI, but my ovulation has gotten waaay worse. I did a lot of research about what I can take/do to help ease the stress, anxieties and pains, and everything pointed to Magnesium. I started looking on amazon and reading reviews of different Magnesium supplements and ended up choosing this one. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can't lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven't felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can't handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he's seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I'm a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can't even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I'm on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.
